Did everything online and was called and told it was available and ready for pick up. I show up after telling my child she was getting a new bed and they needed all sorts of different items from me that I was not told about over the phone. Absolute horrible communication even tho they preached good communication to me.

My experience was great with customer service but PRODUCT I was lied about. I have a used fridge and took pictures to prove it. Was absolutely shocked that I was buying a brand new fridge and who knows how long it has been plugged in and running. Paying for a brand new fridge when it is not NEW. Very sad that this how you guys sell product. Had to take a vacuum to clean it is all out. If fridge is new how is the whole back full of dust bunnies when it should have none.

The employee could not find me in the system for my online order. Went to the store the second employee could not find me in the system. Finally a manager came out & showed the guys how to find online orders. Order was placed on Monday was told there were no deliveries available till Friday. Got a call today stating my delivery cannot be made till next Friday. Too many delays/problems for myself. Will shop somewhere else.

They are rude! There is a guy that works there and will hang up in your face. Best bet is to use auto pay through the app and avoid direct payments. There customer service sucks. Also they can schedule for your payments to be due when you get paid then harass you the day of as if it’s a late payment. Like can I wake up first? The manager is great though! I just wish she train her rude staff in there to be more respectful. Like I’ve never been late on a payment and got that kind of treatment. But I’ve experienced this behavior on more than one occasion. I didn’t even want to give one star. I almost canceled my table and wanted to send it back. They act like they the IRS threatening people about payments they not even late on??? Sorry for the aggressive post but I’m sick of these rude people thinking it’s okay to hang up on customers and talk to them any kind of way.
