I just got a phone call from a rude worker, telling me I owed money on a t.v iam switching out. When I talked to someone else on Monday and I made a payment on my new t.v. I was told not to pay on the old account. Since I was switching it out. When I said this he was rude and hung up on me. I had to call back 3 times to get an answer. To try and figure out what was going on. I started paying on my new t.v . Saturday, still haven't got it today is Thursday. I have never missed a payment ever usually payment then iam supposed to. I get rudeness from the employee

If you ever had to decide between Rent-A-Center or Aaron’s In Springfield go with Aaron’s. It had almost been two weeks since I ordered my bed now. The shipment came in two days ago and y’all are just getting to it today on Thursday and now you’re telling me that you can’t deliver it until Saturday and then next Saturday you want me to pay and you can’t give me no rebate on my purchase I would never Buy anything from that establishment again. I bought my couch from Aaron’s, and that’s where I will be getting my bed It only took them two days to deliver a couch

Wonderful experience, I’ve bought about 10 things through them and they have all been excellent, LJ is an amazing customer service rep and will go out of his way for you if you pay your bills, I’m so happy with this store and when I moved I kept this location.

Love the people who work for this company. Never have an issue with them. Always understanding when it comes to payments and on top of that they have quick response time to repairs!

Great service! Caleb made sure we were taken care of. The bed set isn't in yet but he had the bed brought to us so we could have something amazing to sleep on. The delivery guys Brandon and his coworker were very professional and nice!
