Reading the reviews to see that so many customers experience the same issues this has to a way of getting over. I’m sure if customers start consulting with a consumer attorney because there’s significant proof to show that this is clearly false advertisement. I don’t really see Aaron’s being around for too much longer especially with the way things are changing so it makes sense why they attempt to deceive and defraud people out of their money. The staff is great we had a misunderstanding about them wanting me to pay $94 down for a bedroom set. After they just told me I had $100 spending which could be applied to a TV or the bedroom set. However the GM insisted I spend $94 down on a bedroom set that was in the worse condition I’ve seen. The dresser and bedroom set should have been hidden somewhere in the back room I wouldn’t have sold that to a blind man. Fast forward I had questions that I needed to be answered it just didn’t make sense to me how you’re telling me I have to pay $94 but just told me I had $100 in store credit. She made it seems as if the taxes would be the reason the credit couldn’t be applied (BS) after she devoured her 10 piece she then walks up to the counter and continues to linger around eavesdropping on the conversation between myself and the young lady. It just seemed as if she was waiting for a confrontation the lord is still working on me so with me reading the room it was best I got myself out of that situation I can tell she thought I was about to get mad and loud about a piece of broken wood. What one don’t do another will I went to rooms to go and got approved for a $980 spending limit was able to get a new bedroom set for way less than that piece of chopped wood they were trying to push out the door. If you need real people who wants to help you and not take from you. Rooms to go is the place.

I have been a member for 4 years. Last week I ordered stackable washer and dryer, I made sure to let them know I needed them, and that they wou hook them up for me, come delivery time, I was asked to take pictures of my washroom, because they don't stack for customers, I sat in my kitchen and cried like a 2 year old. I specifically asked all the questions before I made the purchase, almost a week now, and I still don't have my washer and dryer. I am Disappointed, I feel so let down, I am at a loss. My laundry is piling up and I have no one to tell me they care about giving me false information. I even had my first payment taken out 3 days after. 😥😭😭😭😥. 🙏🙏🙏🙏. Lord Please make a way for me, I am Trying. 🙌😭🙌😥🙌.
I’ve been a customer of Aaron’s for years and have rented from multiple locations with generally good experiences. Unfortunately, this particular store has made me seriously reconsider using Aaron’s at all. They do not honor advertised promotions and instead seem to look for loopholes to avoid them. I placed an online order on 12/1 under a promotion that clearly stated $1 down with the next payment due at a later date. The store received my sofa on 12/6, yet delivery was repeatedly delayed with no follow-up. I called the store on 12/6, 12/8, and 12/11 to schedule delivery. Each time, I was told the manager would call me back with a delivery time. She never did. It became clear that they were intentionally stalling until the promotion period ended and the next payment date arrived. I contacted corporate on 12/9 and again on 12/11, and both times I was told a regional manager would reach out. That never happened either. All I wanted was my sofa delivered for an event that weekend—something that should have been simple considering the store already had the item for over a week. To make matters worse, the store doesn’t even notify you when items arrive; I had to track everything myself online. Because of the lack of communication and what felt like deliberate delay tactics, I canceled the order on 12/12. Four days later, the cancellation still hasn’t shown in the system. And the real kicker? Today, 12/16—the payment due date—is the day the manager finally called to ask if I wanted to schedule delivery. I honestly couldn’t make this up. This store appears to operate by its own rules, ignoring both advertised promotions and the contract Aaron’s as a company puts in place. It feels like corner-cutting and bad faith business practices. Very disappointing experience.

The Leasing rep had a good personality. Overall leasing cost are high, but that's to be expected.
