The customer service at this store is fantastic. I called from another state to buy a chair for my elderly uncle. The Amanda made the process so seamless. Thank you for making customer service priority in a world where no one cares anymore. And thank you for helping us take care of our uncle.

I am 100%, and Over 5 stars happy with my recent purchase. Please forgive me if I mispronounce any names but I have to give a HUGE thank you to Bobby Jo, Wendy, and the ENTIRE management staff. These two ladies worked in two different stores, but you could tell they were Definitely one team! We searched long and wide for a fireplace to fit our home for the holidays and they gave us more than what we Expected. Kudos to all of you all ❤️

Such a find here in Savannah. I was driving down the road with my boys and saw this place. I saw the sign and I was like no……I’m seeing things. No way I saw what I saw. Can it really be a furniture store that specializes in the needs of my boys. I kept going, but then started thinking about how uncomfortable my boys get on their current couch. I couldn’t stop thinking about how much they sweat and stick to the upholstery. Uhhhh, and don’t mention the hair they leave behind and how unsightly it is because of the color contrast. I stopped in to talk about the needs of my boys. It was a little awkward to explain the situation, so I asked if I could just let them sit on some of their showroom pieces. One of the other customers sat their boys right next to mine. I wasn’t too comfortable with that. You never know what some other boys have that they can pass onto yours, but his wife thought it was really cute so I let her take a picture. They played together for awhile until they were tired. We had some looks from the employees, but they were really good about the situation. You do what you have to do to make a sale. So normally, you don’t think about your boys when getting a couch because your lumbar is more important. I decided that I didn’t want to be a selfish person and deny my boys the comfort they deserve. Any self respecting man would make this sacrifice. I was recommended microfiber upholstery. My boys do not get all sweaty and sticky on the couch now. They are much more comfortable. Air breathes around them. When I’m watching a movie, I can look down at them (because they are still pretty small) and see them nestled into the cushioning with no movement of discomfort. My back hurts a little, but that’s from the times I’ve had to carry them with me when we go places. Nothing to do with the new support. At the end of the day, I made the right choice by ensuring my boys aren’t sore in the morning because of this luxurious purchase of comfort.

The management is horrible. I call continuously for 3 months. Left over 20 messages for the manager to return my call. I came in the store in person. left hand written message for the manager to return my call. 3 months no response. Finally my daughter and myself went to the store. I sat in car just being so frustrated. The manager( Tracey Moore or Morgan ) at the store. When asked any questions. Tracey stated you need to talk to your salesperson. ( who resigned ) My daughter. Ask her about returning my call. Where was my furniture that never got delivered. She was unable to find paper work. she is highly unorganized oblivious and irrational. She said she never receive any messages or notes from her staff. So she is unaware of the situation. Which is impossible because customer service call with me on three way. So she is rude and a liar. Just amazing the her staff is able to work with/ or through such incompetent leadership. My lawyer will be reaching out. Dr. D. Thomas

My sales specialist was Alisha and she treated like a king. She was warm and had a great personality . I appreciate her professional assistance. Manager of the store welcomed as well. She assured me that my delivery was going to be fine...don't worry. Thank you all for your positive attitudes.
