Change and Ron were great and very helpful when my equipment went down they made sure that was at the top of the list to get a replacement and what I got was brand new they care about their customers and I want everyone to come to the aarons on white bluff

I’ve been a customer with Aaron’s for almost a year and I have dealt with quite a few different workers. Some of them I never want to talk to because they act as if you’re beneath them and they talk to you badly . Well since dealing with them they have one lady Shavon or Shavonne she’s very professional and very knowledgeable about her job. She gives you all of your options and doesn’t make you regret renting to own with this location . Very sweet and she treats you with respect. She’s not one who tries to make u feel bad for falling behind on your payment.every time I talk to her she shows compassion and kindness towards me.

Have 174$ left on my purchase and Jeff who claims to be district manager called and threatened to pick up my washer and dryer because my $27 payment didn't clear and I said I'll pay it in 2 weeks. Very unprofessional! Never going here again. Nothing but trouble from the beginning. The original front loader I ordered was installed incorrect and it flooded my laundry room. Then they replaced them with a top loader and regular dryer that has to be ran twice to get them dry. Worst store ever. Not worth time or money

My first purchase from this store was AMAZING, Angel was awesome!! But The new GM SUCKS! He will talk to you any type of way! He is very unprofessional! They hire anybody in that store! Since my husband and I purchased from here, it has been 4 different General Managers at this location! And how that man treat and talk to his customers, it’s going to be 5! They have a HIGH TURNOVER RATE! Ms Jennifer was awesome needless to say!
