This has been my 1st experience using a Rent to Own store. I have been renting a large TV for almost a year now with absolutely no problems and I a lot of this has to do with Billy the manager and his team! They work with me on my payments and always have the correct answer to any questions I call and ask them. Wonderful Team 🤗 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

Everyone here was sooo helpful! Billy helped me get what I needed, he talked to me about everything and made sure I knew what I needed to. The lady behind the desk was sooo helpful and sweet. The men who loaded my stuff up were beyond nice. I recommend this place to EVERYONE! Go get your stuff here!!!

Shout out to Billy , the GM who works this location . Customer service skills 5 out of 5 . He took care of my needs and his knowledge is top tier . Not only did he go above and behind with helping me with a few minor issues . He also was able to resolve the problem . I enjoyed my experience here & would highly recommend anyone to check them out . Keep being a Diamond in the ruff! Your energy isn’t going unnoticed thank you for such a wonderful experience . 👍
