I had an amazing experience. Cheyenne was wonderful. Great conversation! I felt like I was working with my sister to pick out furniture for her niece. She was upfront about the back-order situation and still was able to meet the deadline for delivery. The bedroom set looks amazing. The gentlemen who delivered the furniture were "early"! They were quick, neat and professional. I'll be back. LOL. One room at a time!

Misty was my sales lady, but we had to deal with Holly on some things as well. Both were extremely kind and informative about my deliveries. The delivery men were courteous, serious about business and extremely kind. Dealing with this Babcock was very different than my original experience at the one closer to my home that I vowed to never return to. I give this location rave reviews and I highly recommend them for your furnishing needs! ~Carlene

Called first, very informative information. Upon entering, greeted by wonderful staff, I was treated very well and the staff went above and beyond to assist with my needs. I thank the ladies...well done. Delivery came within time-frame friendly and set up furniture ask if I had concerns..did a great job. Overall experience was a A plus

I can't say enough good things about Marianne at the McDonough store. Customer Service is a rare thing lately, and great customer service, even more rare. She made the experience easy, fun and I love what I bought. The delivery team came on time and were very professional and nice. The overall experience was definitely a five, if I could give them 6 I would. I will be back!

My husband and I were looking for a furniture store. And I looked up the reviews and thought we would have a horrible experience... Well we didn't. The staff was inviting. Ashley approached us within minutes of us browsing through the items we wanted. She was friendly, very professional. We are very pleased with her and the staff at this store. Other customers in the store were being helped out right away. Keep up the Excellent Work I will definitely refer others to shop here.
