The reviews aren’t lying avoid this place at all cost manager crystal goes on a power trip and has acts like a child I guess there hiring anyone at these places now if you go in there and see a person that looks like bubble bass from sponge bob that’s her avoid her G it’s not worth the headache

So it was my first time using rent a center and I got a promo code called trifecta to get a month free off the item the manager named crystal told me they are not taking the coupon code and if I want my item I need to pay the first month in full she was highly unreasonable and unprofessional and yall lost another customer don’t ever come to this store management are babies and are gonna hang up on you when they get mad I will be contacting corporate crystal

What they have online is not what they will accept !! You have to jump through hoops and I was told that even though I’m very close to the willow lane store they do not serve all of McDonough and can not help me !! Ridiculous!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I’m a customer of the Griffin location and was sent to them to pick up a speaker they had the manager was not very willing to give up from what I heard on the phone. When I got there we realized it wouldn’t fit in my car. The speaker is bigger than we expected. We were interested in another smaller speaker they had. Again the manager didn’t seem really willing to let it go and proceeded to tell me it was rented out to someone else. Which it may have been. BUT there was no sign on the speaker stating otherwise like there was on the original speaker we came for. Just didn’t seem very friendly. This is why I love dealing with the Griffin location!

A joke if I could give a zero star I would never have I had good experience with this location! Go to any other place but them not only have my payments jumped off schedule with no fault of mines they wanted me to keep paying more to get back on track then I ordered something off line so I wouldnt have to deal with this location. I call and Manny tells me oh I don't feel comfortable even when it was approved online and I've purchased and paid off other items not including the items I currently have I may be late again with no fault of mines and no I'm not paying more to keep getting back on track for it to keep getting off track!

Manny sided with crystal, even though he wasn’t present for our conversation and stated he doesn’t know me but he knows his people. I had my boyfriend call in to figure out if he can handle it and she sure had a lot to say about me to him. When I called back to figure out what the real issue was I don’t know if her boss backing her gave her a back bone but once again, zero professionalism. Constantly cut me off, played victim to the fact that her first response to me was unprofessional and hung up on me because she was “ getting annoyed”. No professionalism. Can’t wait to hear back from the district manager.

What can I say about the manager Manny, he is very sometimey he took a payment knowing that he in fact was going to reach out in 2 days asking for another, I’m only 4 days late. Cause I’m currently sick, I have several texts messages and now after I said I will pay it off he states he refuses to accept any more money on my account cause I have been late the past month or so. But he is very rude UPDATE yes I called and they said within 48 hours someone will call and never happened
