What to Expect at This Store
Visiting a rent-to-own store is straightforward. Here is a general overview of what to bring and how the process typically works. Requirements may vary — contact Aaron's directly to confirm.
What to Bring
- Valid photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport
- Proof of income — recent pay stub, bank statement, or benefits letter
- Proof of residence — utility bill, lease agreement, or mail with your address
- Personal references — typically 3-4 contacts with phone numbers
How It Works
- 1 Browse in store — choose from available furniture, appliances, electronics, and more
- 2 Apply — no traditional credit check at most stores; approval is based on income and residency
- 3 Get approved — many stores offer same-day approval and immediate access to your items
- 4 Delivery or pickup — most stores include free delivery, setup, and ongoing service/maintenance
Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

One month ago they delivered a washer and dryer to my home. The washer had a dent in it so bad that it can not be used. I have called and emailed and called and finally was told they found another one at a local store and it would be here on Monday (1/6). It never showed up, no calls, nothing.
I purchased a HP Pavillion 360 from here, and the charger cord went out, I reported it 2 months ago, and I'm still unable to use the laptop. I failed my class, and they are constantly taking payments from my account. Now the rightful thing to do was to just send the charger and I wouldn't mind making payments but to make payments for something I can't use is wrong!!!!! God isn't pleased and Iam not either.
To say the store manager is ignorant, inconsiderate and rude is an understatement!!! He lacks all customer service skills on every level! His way of doing business is by speaking over you and threatening you of pickup pf merchandise. I’m sure is lack of customer skills has cost this store lots of business!!! I will give credit where credit is due and say I did speak to the account (Keith I believe) and he was simply amazing! He really is too good for the store!!
I rarely leave reviews but after certain experiences you have to. Moving to Georgia I initially wanted to rent a bedroom set from Aaron’s because of previous doing so. Even with the mattress I was not always on time and they never harassed me like you all did. I paid off a mattress set with them before so I already had that experience. I originally got the furniture from the Stone Mountain store and I was late one time with them but they did not harass me for any money or show up constantly to my door like this location did. They called my phone constantly and continued to show up at my door WITHOUT calling on the gate for me to let them in so already invasion and safely issue. The manager Q had the nerve to ask me for the gate and picking up UHG furniture they still didn’t use it. They decided to file a claim on me and after that I had it. They have their furniture and no balance on the account so I do not want them on my property again or I will be calling the police for harassment.
My experience was very easy! I applied online and walked in to complete the process. However this isn’t the best part. I wanted to purchase a gift for my sons 16 birthday. The item had to be delivered even tho it was available in store. Iris was very understanding and helpful not to ruin the surprise for my son. The delivery arrived today gift wrapped! Thank you Iris for going the extra mile!
