I will never leave this store again I had the worst experience ever at the Carrollton location and I can promise I was not late on payments I just wanted to add a tv. But the Hiram location took good care of me.
had to jump through hoops just for them to say something different on the phone than they did in person. called to cancel and the lady was rude and hung up. take your business elsewhere trust me.
I had an amazing experience at Rent-A-Center! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top tier. Keanu Halley was absolutely phenomenal professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took his time explaining all of our options without any pressure and made sure we understood everything clearly. We were able to get a beautiful sofa at a GREAT deal, and what really stood out was how Keanu went above and beyond by educating us about renters insurance and making sure we knew all the benefits. That level of care is rare these days. If you’re looking for great furniture and outstanding service, ask for Keanu! We will definitely be back.

I’m a Rental Queen, I’m not changing unless that’s what God tells me to do. Some of the reviews I read (bad ones) I have never been treated that way in this location. I have had bad experiences before but never this store. My grandmother always told me treat people how you want to be treated, because you might come across them later.
