I had an amazing experience at Rent-A-Center! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top tier. Keanu Halley was absolutely phenomenal professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took his time explaining all of our options without any pressure and made sure we understood everything clearly. We were able to get a beautiful sofa at a GREAT deal, and what really stood out was how Keanu went above and beyond by educating us about renters insurance and making sure we knew all the benefits. That level of care is rare these days. If you’re looking for great furniture and outstanding service, ask for Keanu! We will definitely be back.

Ronesha and Ocie were absolutely amazing! Highly recommended coming to see them. Super chill people, worked with me on what I needed and getting it out to me when I needed it!

I’ve paid off a couple of items and still am paying for one as we speak. I’ve been dealing with Manager, Ocie since December of 2023. It’s has been nothing but great. Anytime I had any questions of any issues I can text them and get it figured out. I have nothing but high praises for this location. Even though I’m about to finish paying off my Son’s PS5, I may get something else form them just because they have been awesome with me. DONT go across the street to terrible A-ARon’s store to rent to own, go here to the Hiram location and talk with Ocie and his crew.
