Customer reviews
Came in accidentally right at closing but they got us set up with a new dryer, paperwork done and loaded in the truck quickly. Really friendly people and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Jamie is the best. I call her the The Stern School Teacher with The Motherly Touch. Everyone knows Austin is the best. The whole staff is amazing and very hardworking people. The value of the merchandise and services you get from this store location . You will not find anywhere else. This is truly the neighborhood Rent King
Absolutely do not waste your time or money at the Winter Haven Rent King. I’ve been a loyal customer, made my payments, and have never asked for anything unreasonable. I get paid biweekly, and they’ve known that from the start. Yet they refuse to correct my due date in their system and keep charging me late fees because of their mistake. Jamie, the manager, is completely unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about customers. Instead of fixing a simple issue, he would rather argue and charge unnecessary fees. That’s not how you treat people who have been loyal and paid their bills. Save yourself the headache and take your business to another Rent King location. The Winter Haven store has terrible customer service, poor management, and no respect for its customers. They don’t deserve your business.
Great experience with Jamie . Also great deal on 14000 Btu Hisense ac same as cash 90 days or only 6 months payment plan . With as hot as it is you can’t beat that deal
I was greeted when I came in the door by an employee hard at work assembling furniture. He directed me to Miss Lynn the Assistant manager. She was quick to ask me if i needed help. At the time I was just looking and she let me know to say something if I had any questions. When I finally had questions she was busy on the phone at the moment, but the store manager Mr Austin was quick to come to my aid. It was a relief to see that Rent King didn't have that commission competitiveness that often makes furniture shopping so toxic. When making my purchase they explained the terms of the contract very clearly. A big emphasis was placed on the same as cash terms. I respect the fact that they encourage the customer to pay day loan their selfs. (My choice of phrasing.) After completing my purchase the same employee that had greeted me wished me a good day though I never saw him lift his head up from the job he was doing. Great experience overall will definitely return to locations.
