I needed a last minute desktop for school and I chose the iMac he said he had to drop it off in stead of me picking it up due to being a first time customer after some negotiations and back and forth and miss up drop off time he eventually let me picked it up that day and I was able to make my finals. Thanks to this rent a center for helping get trough school when my MacBook went out yall are the reason I’m am able to graduate school. Thanks yall so much for helping me.and now able to move on to new beginnings

They're very untrustworthy! They tell you what you want to hear so be careful! And worst of all, the manager was very condescending and unhelpful! Wouldn't recommend at all!

The only way I can write this review is to click on review and give them one star, but they actually deserve a big fat 0. My son purchased an air conditioner from Rent-A-Center with cash and it did not fit so he returned it two days later when he went into the store to get his refund CARLOS told them that he would have to wait until somebody bought them cash to refund him. This went on for 4 to 5 days. Finally, we had to call the police get them to write a report which then the police told us that They have several calls from this particular store about the same situation. The managers name is CARLOS. So please beware if you plan to purchase from this store. Ask plenty of questions and Pay with a credit card, but I would advise you to use another store. Something is truly shady. Going on there. If you know what I know you will save your money and buy your stuff straight out and never use Rent-A-Center because the first thing they’ll be doing if you miss a payment be knocking on your door like the police. 😤😡🤬 Just to add this little tidbit I called back to the store to speak with Maria and CARLOS Snatch the phone from her and hung up in my face.
