My boyfriend and I desperately needed a new mattress because I have not been able to stand up straight or for more than 10 minutes at a time without excruciating sciatic nerve pain for almost a year. We saw some great deals online and I sent him in to check it out. Devon was absolutely amazing he was upfront about the price for a weekly and monthly payment. We said we would have to come back in a day or two to purchase. He asked what we had right now and said he would work with us. Then my boyfriend couldn't find his id but had a copy on his phone. He was able to use it also. So tomorrow morning we will have a new mattress and hopefully I will be pain free and sleeping like a baby. Devon thank you so much for your excellent customer service and going the extra mile for us. You are truly an asset to Buddy's.

I was not told of the $17 extra charge per month. Very very upset about not being told. That put the monthly amount way over what I wanted to pay. I was told this amount when I asked my total monthly payment. At the end. Not before. Not the right thing to do.
Did okay other then does not follow the hot deals they advertise online for sameday delivery or 24 hr delivery and didnt tell us till after we paid. That was a little agrivating.
