Came to Rent-A-Center to pick up my Amazon package during their posted business hours and the store was completely closed with nobody here. Online it still showed they were open, so I wasted my time driving over for nothing. What makes this even worse is that the package contained something important for my health that I needed today. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. At the very least, update your hours online or leave some kind of notice for customers.

Never had an issue with the staff they’re actually great. Alex is super super good person. He gets a great deals. He’s always on top of your stuff. He remembers who each of his customers are. I’ve already had two products with them like I said never had an issue great customer service.

I called to get a PS5 and to be honest was not comfortable with the terms. I had given my debit card number (mistake number 1) and then changed my mind. I was told that I would get my money put back and it's been 5 days and nothing. I would stay away, the staff are very unprofessional. They think they are dealing in the streets, have the audacity to call me "bro". Like really. Take your money somewhere else.
