Initially, they were very accommodating and graceful with my situation, allowed me to show myself trustworthy! For that they will always have a five star rating with me.. but the excessive calling and promotional deals and personal calls became a bit overwhelming until they became blocked…. Once a month promotional ,cool . Every day ,unexpectedly ,different numbers , that is harassment harassment.

Out of the five people there only three are actually super genuinely nice and easy to work with and have customer service. Management on the other hand …..

It seems as if my original review was deleted but… This is the most unprofessional and unorganized company I’ve ever dealt with. I had an early same as cash payout that was due on 06/22/2023 in which i paid them on 06/21/2023. My payments were due every 2 weeks but they had John (who was very nice btw) come to my home a month later saying I’m 3 days passed due. So i spoke to David who told me i missed my same as cash date which was due on the 06/19/2023 but after i sent them the screenshot showing it was due 06/22/2023 the manager Raymond is now saying oh it’s because it was a balance left of $20 which means i didn’t satisfy the same as cash payment. (My guess is since i was done paying and wouldn’t lease anything else with them they came up with another method to take money). There was no balance left when i paid online so like i said before, unorganized. They wanted to charge me an extra $700 but no one is clear as of why. I’ve worked with them in the past and it was never like this but this is my second and last time. I don’t know if it’s commission or what but they are very money hungry and one of them even told my daughter that if we couldn’t afford it we shouldn’t have gotten it once when i was out of work sick and missed a payment (she didn’t get the name). Pleaseeee don’t do business with them.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from here. They tell you one thing and do something total different. They are a ripoff. They add on fees that they didn't initially tell you about when they trying to get you to buy. To whom ever is reading this you would come out better going to badcock or Aaron's.
