Had an amazing account standing with this company before I went to this location. The first set of staff members were bad business all around. Charging my card two weeks early , & not reporting the payments towards my account. I leave with my account all paid off... I return a couple years later to hear I owe for an account! To resolve it I immediately pay the over $1000 bounty on my old account and begin a new account. The delivery day they were 4 hours late, didn't put my bed together correctly and took forever! The next morning I text one of the staff that put the bed together to ask him why my bed was wobbly and missing pieces and he sent me a bunch of elicit pictures! This location needs help for sure.

I have not done any business with this company. I am not even currently in the U.S and somehow somebody managed to give my full government name with my phone number. I have no idea who the person even is that put me down as a reference saying I was their girlfriend. I have been getting calls every day thinking it was a scam number until I finally answered today. When I was explaining that I do not know anything about this account, the man hung up in my face. Very rude and unprofessional. And apparently somebody scammed them with a fake name because I don’t even recognize the name of the account holder. The people at this place definitely need Customer Service training. Sad thing is, I’m not even a customer of this business.

Both my brother and younger sister recently moved into two separate apartments near each other, and Leo’s exceptional service made the process seamless and enjoyable. He assisted my oldest brother with such compassion, hospitality, and top-notch customer service that he felt more like a family friend than just a salesperson. His kindness, dedication, and commitment left a lasting impression. We were so impressed with Leo’s service that my brother and I convinced my sister to purchase a living room set. Once again, Leo went above and beyond, helping her select the perfect pieces and ensuring the process was smooth from start to finish. Leo, along with Javier, took care of the delivery and setup with incredible efficiency. They were fast, friendly, and professional, all while cracking jokes and sharing useful tips. Their upbeat attitude and attention to detail truly made the experience memorable. Leo is an absolute gem, and his genuine care for his customers is unmatched. I highly recommend working with him if you ever visit the store, he’s simply the best! Honestly, if he isn’t the manager by now, he absolutely should be. My family and I will continue to sing his praises and return for any future needs. Thank you, Leo and Javier, for everything!

I came to Rent-A-Center to just check, and ended up getting a new appliances (stove & refrigerator). The refrigerator was too big and didn’t fit and I went back to the store upset. I spoke with sales representative Lovely and she exchanged it within a couple of days, saving me a lot of stress, time & money. She was such a pleasure helping me during this time. Thank you.
Just when I was giving up on this furniture search, I stopped by this Rent-A-Center and Ms. Lovely did her big one for me. Not only did she get me a beautiful living set also a dinning set at a great price, from the time I walked in the store she has been nothing but awesome. I know it can be draining dealing with customers and she made me feel like I was the only one in the store. Her willingness to go above and beyond for me was what I like the most. Lovely thank you so very much for my new furniture and I will definitely shop here with you again!!!
