I don't recommend this company. I followed all the steps to acquire a MacBook Pro M4 with them. Since they didn't have that model available, they offered me a MacBook Air with the same specifications. I even personally went to the physical store and everything seemed to be going perfectly. I paid in advance what they asked me for because I needed the equipment to work (and I still need it), but on the day of delivery they called me to tell me that my address was not valid for delivery, even though I presented all the receipts that prove that I really live there. What am I supposed to do, move to get a purchase approved? The worst thing is that they didn't give me any explanation or look for an alternative; they simply canceled my order without offering a solution. It has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have had. If you can opt for financing directly in official stores, do it. The payment is now for a higher amount than what appears on our own receipt. We have clear proof of how much we're supposed to pay bi-weekly, but now Rent-A-Center is trying to change the cost and demand a higher amount. This is a lack of transparency and bad faith towards the customer. We are very disappointed.

They tell you one price and come back with another a few days after you pay. I also paid two weeks in advance and a week later they came back for more money…

Very friendly and professional, they do everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction. I was very pleased with everything. I definitely recommend the one at 7900 NW 27th Ave, Suite B2.
