If I could give this place zero stars I would. The way my account has been handled has been an absolute nightmare. From day 1 they make everything seem smooth and easy and when it comes time to pay they literally HARASS you. My payment didn’t go through due to a security issue while away on vacation out of the country. The first time they called me while away I kindly asked for them to please not call me as I am out of the country and it is VERY costly to receive calls, but that I would pay as soon as I am back on Saturday. They CONTINUED CALLING TO HARASS ME REPEATEDLY EVERY SINGLE DAY BY CALLING 5 TIMES PER DAY even after every person said they’d notate not to call until Saturday. Today on Saturday the day I said I’d pay I got back from vacation and quite literally I am unloading my car from the airport at 10 am and one of their store reps showed up at my house in front of my family while I myself hadn’t even made it inside, to ask me for payment or for the laptop. The lack of respect from this company is absolutely insane. I then call back after the 5TH CALL today and they tell me they cannot accept my payment and that if I do not pay or turn in the laptop on Tuesday that they’re going to report it as stolen. Mind you I just called to do the one thing they’ve been asking which is PAY on Saturday when I said I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENT A CENTER TO ANYONE EVER. Save yourself the headache and just purchase in full. If you decide to go through with them please be aware they will actually harass and threaten you with reporting theft.

Great costumer service ⭐️ the best place to shop and have a great experience
The worst customer service ever they have their items overpriced and tell you that they’re new when they are refurbished or used and it’s really horrible on how they treat people I will not be going back here. The only one that’s worth talking to is the manager Victor.

I was given a tv that was previously rented when I ask for a new tv in the box. The tv I have now is a dent that they are debating me that wasn’t there and I only had the tv a few days. My problem was not solve when I spoke to them.
