Where do I begin, this is one of the WORST stores I ever encountered business with . They are HORRIBLE‼️I have called better business bureau , I have several tickets from the 1800 complaint hotline no followup at all . These people are money hungry the manager in specify talks to you like a piece of TRASH , they charge your account without you authorizing. It’s so sad if it wasn’t for my 5 year old son wanting the merchandise I would have been returned it due to the harassment and how scared Iam of them THEY ARE BULLY’s Iwas told by a employee that work there to even get a lawyer on the manager because he treats the staff bad as well . It’s so sad because I have done business with several rent a center but this one is over the top unprofessional it cannot be a corporate store this has to be a franchise for sure . They are going to loose a lot of business just because of the manager .Iam 79 years old and they calls me screaming harassing me calling my family members I’m like WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE are they trained to do this?????????they call off they’re personal numbers & everything
I PURCHASED A TV WITH THEM AND THEY GUARRANTED ME A DELIVERY TODAY AND I ALSO RECEIVE A TEXT FROM THEN TO EXPECT THE DELIVERY THIS IS THE LAST TIME BUYING FROM THEM AND I WILL NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYBODY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had one of the worst customer service experiences dealing with Gabriel. I was told my delivery would be completed, but instead I was asked to provide my driver’s license and credit card information with no professionalism or follow-through. This situation made me extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about personal information security and trustworthiness. I strongly recommend being very cautious and avoiding doing business unless it is directly person-to-person and fully verified. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store to anyone. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
10/10 Experience. Roger is THE MAN. He delivered above and beyond for my event, Cart Basel. From helping me out over the phone to seamlessly delivering my rental fridge. You are in good and TRUSTWORTHY hands. You have a return customer for my next business event.
STAY AWAY!!!BAD ATTITUDES AND OVERCHARGES!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Bad customer service, they charge your account without permission, give you attitude when you ask. Talk to you like you are stupid. After making a one time payment with a card, they place an automatic payment. I asked please remove the account no less than 5 TIMES to different personal multiple times, they’re all assuring it has been removed and they are still charging the card, I have reported them but DO YOURSELF A FAVOR,GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! It’s not worth it! BAD MANAGEMENT!!!
So, I swung by Rent-A-Center on the hunt for a comfy beige sofa that wouldn't break the bank. Met the manager Johnny who was super welcoming and seriously knew his stuff. He hooked me up with the perfect set for my living room, and now it feels like home sweet home. If you're in the market for furniture that's both cozy and budget-friendly, I totally recommend checking out Rent-A-Center!
