We had such a good experience getting our new sofa set today! Lollie was great and very personable! Duke had our stuff ready to be loaded by the time we drove around back and had it loaded in minutes 👏

I was in the store on Thursday and made a large purchase with Lollie. Was very satisfied with my salesperson excellent customer service. Very satisfied with my purchase my pricing and my availability to pick up from store when there. No complaints from no personnel in the store and furthermore was very helpful loading my furniture with me. I have done a tremendous amount of business with their manager Jessica and she has always gone above and beyond her call of duties to make sure that I have had excellent service and will always come back to this store and only this store. Her warehouse men that she has employed has always been very helpful and polite as well. Thanks to everyone at Home Furniture & More for a wonderful experience and a pleasure doing business with this company. Thank you Tina

He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. You can tell he cares about customer satisfaction and making sure people leave happy. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re furnishing your home.

Phone not working for Live Oak location, 2 days in a row. Office has closed for lunch sign at 2pm. I need repair on bed, broken in less than a year! Not a happy customer. I will not buy from you again.

Stacey Alkire was absolutely amazing—she helped me find the perfect rugs and lamps to match my furniture, and her customer service was excellent from start to finish. The prices were very affordable, which made the whole experience even better. The delivery team was just as impressive—they were respectful, professional, and also funny and enjoyable to be around, which made the delivery stress-free and even fun. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the service I received. Highly recommend!

The live oak store gets a 5 star the lady that assisted me today was wonderful everything went smooth as it did the first time I came and got an a/c but when the lady was trying to get ahold of the lake city store to verify that the washer and dryer that I wanted is in stock I ended up waiting 45min were I tried to call to see what was going on they answered my call and immediately put me on hold then not a min later the phone starting ringing and the call ended. I was told that the lady at the lake city store said she transferred my call to the live oak store but i was standing in the live oak store the whole time and the store phone never rang i had to leave because i did not want to be late for work today and the only reason I am going back to give aarons my business is because of the lady who runs the live oak store she was very professional and had a very professional attitude with the situation. lake city store gets a 1 star

Came to this store twice now for an appointment after work and they steady close 2 hours before there suppose to and I can’t get ahold of anybody!

My husband and I were trying to get a washer and dryer without opening a credit card so he went online and ordered through Aaron's in Live Oak. A few days later he gets a call from the store saying "hey we see you applied for credit you have a $600 limit." My husband said, "no, I ordered a washer and dryer and it was approved." We had set up automatic payments and everything. The guy finally found the order and told him he had to order it. He stated, "it will be here Thursday and we will give you a call to schedule delivery for Friday or Monday, based on how many deliveries they currently had for the week." It is now Monday and we still haven't heard a word from anyone. Husband called and cancelled the order and we went ahead and got one from Lowes. I work in retail and this is VERY BAD BUSINESS!! We won't be trying Aaron's again! As a district Manager in my field, reliability as a company goes a long way! If it didn't come in, all they had to do is call and explain that, but not calling or anything just puts a bad taste in one's mouth! Got the same set at Lowes for $1300 cheaper anyways.

Been dealing with this Aaron's for a couple of years now and I have nothing but good things to say about this store. Always helpful. Never have any attitude with employees. They legit are ready to help you out. I love this store and the management and employees that work here. Hands down the best Aaron's I have dealt with between Valdosta GA and lake city FL.
