Aaron's

Phone not working for Live Oak location, 2 days in a row. Office has closed for lunch sign at 2pm. I need repair on bed, broken in less than a year! Not a happy customer. I will not buy from you again.

The live oak store gets a 5 star the lady that assisted me today was wonderful everything went smooth as it did the first time I came and got an a/c but when the lady was trying to get ahold of the lake city store to verify that the washer and dryer that I wanted is in stock I ended up waiting 45min were I tried to call to see what was going on they answered my call and immediately put me on hold then not a min later the phone starting ringing and the call ended. I was told that the lady at the lake city store said she transferred my call to the live oak store but i was standing in the live oak store the whole time and the store phone never rang i had to leave because i did not want to be late for work today and the only reason I am going back to give aarons my business is because of the lady who runs the live oak store she was very professional and had a very professional attitude with the situation. lake city store gets a 1 star

My husband and I were trying to get a washer and dryer without opening a credit card so he went online and ordered through Aaron's in Live Oak. A few days later he gets a call from the store saying "hey we see you applied for credit you have a $600 limit." My husband said, "no, I ordered a washer and dryer and it was approved." We had set up automatic payments and everything. The guy finally found the order and told him he had to order it. He stated, "it will be here Thursday and we will give you a call to schedule delivery for Friday or Monday, based on how many deliveries they currently had for the week." It is now Monday and we still haven't heard a word from anyone. Husband called and cancelled the order and we went ahead and got one from Lowes. I work in retail and this is VERY BAD BUSINESS!! We won't be trying Aaron's again! As a district Manager in my field, reliability as a company goes a long way! If it didn't come in, all they had to do is call and explain that, but not calling or anything just puts a bad taste in one's mouth! Got the same set at Lowes for $1300 cheaper anyways.

Been dealing with this Aaron's for a couple of years now and I have nothing but good things to say about this store. Always helpful. Never have any attitude with employees. They legit are ready to help you out. I love this store and the management and employees that work here. Hands down the best Aaron's I have dealt with between Valdosta GA and lake city FL.

Okay again, I've tried to correspond via email about a situation where my card number was given over the phone for payment and I was put on easy pay which was great but come to find out my card wasn't ran until the store wanted to run it then no funds available. The funds were available at the time of call and if there was a problem nothing was said and I know there wasn't. Now they're constantly calling my ex and she is out of state with her family. And now y'all are going to her last known address. You need to stop. In the email it was stated where I am at right now and I will rectify everything when I return. The harassing that house will stop. Neither of us are living there. So I am going to ask nicely one more time. If I get another email from the resident of the home about y'all showing up there I will not be to happy nor nice when I return. And also again my bank card was compromised right after that so I don't know what has been going on in the store or whatever. I was lied to the day I got my items. I was told that I could add on any item at anytime.
