Great Rooms

I had a very uncomfortable experience with this company. Employees and the owner Noah repeatedly came to my home banging constantly at my door regarding a washer and dryer and stood outside the door looking through the window trying to get my child to open the door for them to communicate with them. This was extremely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe in my own home. Regardless of any account issue, involving a minor and behaving this way is unacceptable. To add on to this I also had an issue with this company changing payment terms after I had already signed a contract. I was told one payment amount, signed the agreement, and later they said they made a mistake and tried to have me sign a new contract with higher payments. When I declined to sign the new agreement, they became upset and ultimately took back the merchandise that I was actively paying for. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not be pressured to accept higher payments due to a company error. I would not recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.

Fraud! I paid for same day delivery for a couch and they never brought it! I went in person to get my money back and they locked the store. The couch is still currently up for sale. Behind the store is their totaled and destroyed delivery truck. They never had delivery services. My couch is still up for sale, they are refusing to answer the phone and they locked the doors up so I couldn’t get my money back.for 2 days straight they have been lying to me and telling me that my couch was on the way!

I've dealt with this specific office for 5 years. Spent a few thousands of dollars. This last contract I couldn't make my payment on time, after paying about $500 a month for 9-10 months!! Noah immediately texted me that I was trying to steal from him for not being there to pick up his furniture because I had been called in to work that morning. Which would've been enough to make my payment but, since he immediately accused me of trying to steal he can have his furniture back and I will NEVER buy from this place again nor would I ever recommend it.

Amazing! My husband and I have been dealing with Noah and his team for years!! Just recently we went back to rent a couch because we moved and had to start over. The prices are still phenomenal, my husband said Noah is still friendly and professional and always recognizes him and the movers...they are the coolest ever! They worked so incredibly hard moving the sofa bed up our stairs and they never complained!! Seriously they made my son want to hit the gym. We just appreciate such dedication and hard work. Thank you to Noah and the rest of the Great Rooms staff. Great customer service still exists!!

This is the Second time dealing with Great Rooms. Both times were after an Hurricane. And both times very Satisfied. After losing everything and having to move again they made the journey so much better. Thank you Great Rooms. Hope to see during happier times.
