As a first time customer I was treated very well. When I had an issue with a payment..I called and Informed them. No issues.. on the last 3 payments left I called and asked if I can just pay the full amount left and did so. No issues.. I read these comments of bad experiences and im just floored because I've never experienced it. Recently I acquired my second item ..and not also was I welcomed with happy faces and a great vibe but I was given a holiday card to go along with my gift wrapped item. I can truly say that everyone here is top notch. I look forward to continuing to do business with this location.
I’ve rented a bed and the wooden frame broke the same night. Called them the next day to pick it up because I ended up buying a new one with a metal frame. It’s been 3 weeks. They have been making excuses saying that they only have one van or they forgot to add me in the list. Or they would tell me I’m first stop but no one ever comes. I’ll pass by the store and I can see the van outside and I see the employees just standing there. I’m trying hard not to disassemble the bed and drop it up there. I NEED THE BED GONE! I am not paying for something that is broken and I’ve called this store almost every day since the middle of November. This location makes excuses. Today is Monday. Last time I called they said they’ll come and this was last week Tuesday- they didn’t. Then they had to nerve to call ask for their payment. Corporate, I need you to do something to make them get this bed. I need it gone today. I’m calling at 10 am when they open. If this bed is not gone by 11:30am I’m bringing it to them myself. I don’t care who is “the first stop”. I’ve been patiently waiting for 3 weeks, almost a month. If at 11:30am I don’t see a RAC truck in my driveway, I will not be calling again. Thank you.
This store is completely fraud and what they did was illegal you cannot charge my card $161.71 with out my approval and they stole my money as I read the comments below I see I’m not the only one I have filed a report at the corporate store and if this happened to anyone else I suggest you do the same so this store can be shut down or new management can take place they are rude literally telling me they never picked up my tv! So happy I took pictures please STAY AWAY!!!!
So first of all I want to say that words cannot express my gratitude for Lovely the manager! She went out of her way for me in helping me find the right living room set and dining table for my kids and I at our new home. I must have called her like 7 times when I was indecisive and unsure of what to get and she sent me pictures almost every time I called her of what she had in her store and was extremely patient and empathetic with me. She is an extremely hard worker and provided me with exceptional customer service and made me feel valued as a customer. She is a great problem solver and is quick to find the best solution to fit your needs. I thank God that out of all the locations I could have gone to go get my furniture that I went to this one because of Lovely. 😁
Went to rent a refrigerator here and they were so grosssss. Our fridge broke, we ordered a new one but it won’t be coming until the middle of January. In the interim, I went to this location to rent one until our new one is delivered. There was like brown mold in some, they smelled when you opened them and one had like the employees lunches in it. How could you have a fast food drink with a straw in it when people are coming to rent them? It was disgusting. I left and went to Walmart and BOUGHT a mini-fridge with a separate freezer part. I’ll just keep it in the garage for emergencies. Rent a center (Davie), please sanitize your refrigerators before trying to rent them. It’s very gross.
