My wife and I have been doing all our business here starting in 2014. Ira has always went above and beyond to make sure that we received the highest quality of service and product. Ira is our go to guy. He has treated us like family from day 1 rather than a customer. My wife and myself and our kids all appreciate the value of service that we receive every time we go into the store. We have furnished 3 different homes with this store and have never been disappointed. Thank you Ira and the rest of the team for all your hard work and dedication to giving such high level of Customer service and product.

Looked at 4 different furniture stores and finally settled on Badcock. I wanted a simple non electric rocker recliner. It was on super sale..normally $800 but I got it for $500! The reason for 4 stars is because they wanted over $100 for delivery! That's highway robbery! I'll just rent a truck for $20! Anyhoo this is the chair I settled on..

Love the staff and service here at the Fort Walton Beach store. Ira seems to always be there when I go in and help me and my fiance out with whatever we need, answers all our wuestions with great understanding. Always helping in their best way to get you what you want in a good and decent timely fashion the best they can. Including going out of their way to find you what you are looking for.

The owner has always been amazing, Ira is the best right hand he could ever ask for. He actually will save your information, call you when they have a sale and go out of his way to make sure your needs have been met. I have bought many big ticket items here and they will always be my go to furniture store for great quality and best customer service in our area!

Ryan and staff are super friendly and helpful without constantly bugging you. They greet you at the door then let you take all the time you need to browse their selections. We moved from overseas into an empty house and they went above and beyond to deliver our furniture within 10 days so we wouldn't have to sleep/sit on the floor. We will be return customers.
