I had a large heavy double recliner couch delivered and the guys were great , had it wrapped and very careful about getting in the Bedroom / Next Delivery was a Platform Bed King and Chest of Drawers. Very Professional and they Assembled the Platform Bed carefully and correctly 👍👍

A couple of months ago, our neighbors across the street were getting furniture from this Aaron’s Furniture location in Ft. Walton Beach. It was early in the evening, kinda dark and hazy that day. The truck delivering the furniture accidentally backed up and knocked out mailbox down. The two employees immediately came to our door to inform us. One was on the phone with the company letting them know what happened. The managers name is Clint. He spoke with my husband and said we will have a new mailbox put up the following day. We weren’t upset. We understand accidents happen. Before noon the next day we had a new mailbox put that looked almost identical to ours. It actually looks like an upgraded one. My husband and I were extremely impressed and pleased with the immediate attention taken to fix an accident! I had to call and talk to the manager, Clint, to let him know what an exceptional experience we had from beginning to end. The drivers were prompt, polite and very apologetic. Clint made it happen!! Our mailbox was replaced in just over 12 hours!!! Who sees that kind of professional and honest experience with a retailer anymore? Well, trust me when I say that Clint and his employees are the best! Clint was so friendly we could have talked for hours on the phone. It was a perfect all-around experience!!! Thank you to Clint and all of the Aaron’s Furniture employees at the Ft. Walton Beach location! Never hesitate to go see them when you’re shopping around. You’ll happy you did! Jason & his staff went above and beyond to help me short notice to get furniture from my home . They are an absolute god send & couldn’t be more thankful for the amount of service & professionalism & understanding that they had for me . Extremely helpful I say 10 STARS all the way around !!

I only go to the Aarons in ft Walton Beach. And they are the nicest people and my dryer had two payments left which the filter got bad and needed a new one. So they sent some worker bees to look at it and he ordered a new filter from Amazon and had it sent to my place. Ty

We are snowbirds from Arkansas. We have rented 2 recliners from the Ft. Walton Beach store for 2 months+ for 11 years. The people in that store are very professional, helpful and courteous. We have been through several different people in the past and ALL of them have gone above and beyond to fill our requests. For two 88 years old, these recliners are very important as the furniture in the condo is nice, it is not comfortable. With our aches and pains the recliners are an absolute must. From the manager of the store, Jason, to the person on the phone that helps us, Arlene, to the delivery people, they are all TOP NOTCH. Without their help and Aaron Rentals that supplies the recliners, we would not be able to continue our annual trip to N W Florida. Thanks to all the Aaron people at Ft. Walton Beach.
