If this is thomaston ave water they are very kind and courteous and I've never had a problem with any of the customer service that I have gotten they are polite and if there's anything wrong with my account they help me fix it right away

Originally I was unhappy with the service but once it was explained to me about staff shortage I came to understand and was very happy with the service especially since the store manager herself came and fixed the issue and also gave me a mother's day present. She went above and beyond. I thank the staff for dealing with my attitude in a professional manner.

The person who called me about my order (Mellissa at rent a center on Thomaston avenue in Waterbury )said” I will also need some extra information from you as well.. 3 recent pay stub, photo ID\DL , Bill or lease with your name and current address attached, 3 references with name number and relation to you , landlord name and number” in text messages after I asked about the one week at ten coupon felt a little retaliated against and as if your implying that I’d run off without payment when I was simply just looking for an affordable option and inquiring about a coupon you have online all because you had “already typed up the agreement” shame on you love I pray for people like you daily I pray you don’t stay ignorant your entire life. There’s way more to life than to be so miserable go touch some grass.

The assistant manager was very kind, her name is Nyle. She explained everything fluently & answered all my questions about the merchandise that I purchased. I highly recommend speaking to her if you have questions about any merchandise they have available.
