My husband and I have been a part of the Rent A Center family since 1996-'97. Bo and Jess are like family to us all. We have only had 1 issue, which was resolved instantly. I highly recommend every one of my family and friends to go to Rent A Center. If there's something you are looking for, and it's not on the showroom floor, Jess will look into it, and if possible, will order it for you. Great people, great company, we will always come back for more!

There are always on time. Very professional. Very pleasant when I no longer needed the item any longer cuz I bought one. They were still just as pleasant as ever. I would definitely recommend errands in East Hartford!
