What customers are saying

Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Waterbury.

This is my local Renta a center. My friend and l stopped by Sat 8/8/2020. We were met by a Puerta Rican guy named Alvin he was so rude and nasty. Stank attitude with his big gaudy chain and earring so unprofessional. The manager came out and apologized for his lack of customer service. She was very nice. I will only come again if shes there to assist me not that guy Alvin he really needs to go!

I had them deliver a sectional to my apartment today, they went above and beyond! I was told they would come between 12-5 and got here a little before two. Gave me a ring before they arrived which I really appreciated . Came in and got the job done even with the fact my sectional was a tight squeeze through the door ways . Super gentle with my furniture and installation. Couldn’t be more pleased!! I will definitely be back to purchase from them again in the future just based off these guys alone!!
