I found Urban Shed Concepts through Google and Facebook, and after seeing their work and reading the reviews, I decided to give them a call. From the very beginning, I had an excellent experience. Dillon was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything about the shed I was looking for. He was also very quick to help me choose the perfect design and color that would match my home while meeting my HOA guidelines. After placing my order, Alex contacted me to go over the details and make sure everything was exactly what I wanted. The entire process was simple, smooth, and thorough. Within just a few weeks, my shed was completed and delivered to my home. Andreu did an amazing job with the delivery. He placed the shed exactly where I wanted it in my backyard and made sure the placement was accurate, level, and balanced. Just arrived. They were on time, courteous and professional. Very good response times and exceptional customer service from start to final transaction. The install was very quick using a crane to lift and drop down into the back yard and placing it exactly where I wanted it to go. These guys are amazing, from concept to installation. Custom design specific to my requirements. Installed on site with a custom sized door. They even came on the 4th of Jult to get it done. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a shed of any kind!

We just received our shed today and I can’t rave about it enough. We had looked at several options and went with Urban Shed and so glad we did. It looks even better than I imagined and looks like an extension of our home. Besides the fact that it is so great looking and architecturally sound, the experience from start to finish was beyond wonderful. Jediah was super helpful and the installers were so polite and professional. If you are looking for extra storage- don’t hesitate.

We are very happy with the build quality of the shed and the service. The team was great to work with from customizing the shed features to meet our needs all the way through to delivery. Delivery was very efficient. The team used a crane to place the fully built shed in a tight area in less than 90 minutes from start to finish. It feels like we got a great value for the price considering quality, delivery, and warranty. We’re loooking forward to using our shed and know it will last for many years!

Outstanding Customer Service and Shed Build! I had a great experience with Urban shed Concepts. I started out with a general contractor to build a home gym space. The price was way to much. I reached out to Jediah Litterell at Urban shed and was so glad I did. Thier price was much better. Jediah came out to my house and we took about an hour to go over the design. Over the next few weeks I had him make some changes. He helped me with the colors, sizing and suggested changes as needed. The build quality is outstanding and it was installed for free! I don't want to forget Alex. He is on the production side and helped verify a few things and sent me the final plans. If you plan on making this a gym or office space then request 16 on center framing for the walls and roof. It makes installing insulation yourself much easier. If I ever need a new shed I will Call Urban Shed Concepts and Jediah. Thanks!

I heard about Urban Shed Concepts on Rosie On The House this past year and was intrigued by them being locally owned and there openness to accommodate the customer. From the time I inquired about the shed to delivery they folks at Urban Shed were top notch. I ordered a 14X8 lean to and requested a separating wall with two doors. They did the design based on my inputs and actually made delivery fully assembled, then craned it into my backyard for perfect placement.
