Calvin and Antonio were so wonderful getting us out delivery. Wow. Wasn’t sure how they would manage to fit it in but they did a great job. We also would like to say that Leramie did a fabulous job getting us all signed up. Very friendly and wonderful he was. So professional and the quality of product. We were just very impressed. Thank you.

Lawrence and Calvin were professional and courteous with delivering my set. No dings or scratches on the floors and tested all item worked before leaving. Thank you!

Antonio and his driver did an amazing job. They handled everything with care and offered to help assemble. Thank you gentlemen! Keep up the great work. I appreciate you.

Lakita has been super helpful in finding us a great livingroom set! So friendly & patient!

Today is July 25,2026 and have purchase a recliner!.. The most i had a great experience at Bruce's Store! The customer service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Melissa helped me purchase a recliner, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right chair. Her positive attitude and great customer service made the experience even better. I highly recommend Bruce's Store and appreciate Melissa for making my purchase so easy. Thank you!

Couldve been better....the vibe was a bit weird. Didn't like how we costumers cant take pictures. I was about to take a picture to send picture to my husband to show him the different price ranges and share various sofa options available but I was told no photos and videos were allowed. So I decided not to shop there and try other funiture stores in the area.

We love this store! You walk in the door and everyone is so helpful, and happy. We have been doing business with them for close to twenty years. We have tried other RTO places around town and have never repeated business anywhere else, but here. Shout out to Mel! She is so nice and treats you like family. A great place to shop!

They are so kind and helpful. Wonderful service! Delivery was quick and careful. Thank you Bruce.'s.

We love their customer service. And always go beyond your needs for a new furniture. We been with them for a few years. Never disappoint!! 👍🏾👍🏾 Mel is amazing

Great friendly service. Very helpful & great. We got a rocking recliner. My daughter is 8months Prego & loves her new recliner

I ordered a recliner for my husband as his father's day gift and it was delivered on Friday, June 12, 2026. The recliner came brand new in a box. The guys who delivered it brought it into our home and put it together for us. We are all very pleased with the delivery and guys were very nice. Thank you, Melissa, for reaching out to me today. Have a wonderful day to the employees of Bruce Furniture! 😁

They were great at first, but once maintenance was needed, I was left on my own despite the supposed warranty. I requested to speak with a manager about issues with two separate items I purchased from them, but never received proper support. In the end, I had to pay out of pocket for replacement parts because they refused to help with the repairs. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for better service and support.

Melissa was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to share a lot of useful information and really listened to what we were looking for, which made choosing the perfect furniture easy. Her knowledge and friendly approach made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend, and payment are fair thank you.

Delivery guys were awesome! Very fast and friendly. The whole rental process went smooth and was straight forward. Staff there are great!

Melody is awesome!!! Super friendly and very helpful. She kept everything straight forward and even included my boy in allowing him to pick a controller.
