They are awesome went in to get furniture. Didn't even have to pay first month. Or even put money down. I definitely would recommend to anyone who needs furniture or appliances

My washer broke and after spending a week trying to fix it (and getting overcharged elsewhere), this company was such a relief. Rent-to-own was easy, quick, and incredibly forgiving with pricing—no stress, no pressure, just genuine help when I needed it most. My new washer has already made my life so much easier. Delivery was right on time, and the delivery person was kind and extremely considerate, he even carried my broken washer down the stairs without me having to ask... It’s the little things like this that truly make a great experience. I’m BEYOND grateful!

They staff are very respectful and are very helpful in getting things done and explain things very well when it comes down to own to rent things and they treat you like a person and are willing to help.

We have bought several appliances through this company at the Ozark location they have been amazing I am so glad we chose to go with tel a rent I would like to give a special shout out to Parker and James they have went above and beyond for us and my only issue now is trying to figure out what else we need to buy I would highly recommend this specific location primarily but I have come to understand that the gentleman who owns this company truly cares for his customers God bless.

Incredibly grateful to this company for getting me a washer & dryer set and delivering it so quick. The pricing on this is so much better than any other RTO place hands down. 10/10 recommend this place!

Yeah I get you need to make money but come on now. I gave you guys $15,000 dollars for $2000 dollars worth of stuff. I never missed a single payment with them and got a lot of stuff because i lived paycheck to paycheck. Paid everything off. Because i was such a good customer my ex goes in using my name to get stuff. Tele-A-Rent gets the worst review ever. My ex-wife got a laptop from them and now EVERY single week they call me for HER PAYMENT. I never signed anything EVER for her laptop but they keep saying it is my account too. The call me, message me and email me EVERY Friday. I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HER LAPTOP. They even come to my home leaving notes on the door when SHE DOESN'T EVEN LIVE HERE!!!!! Worst review I have ever given. Nobody and i mean nobody should ever go to this rent a center. WORST PEOPLE EVER. Old management was good but the new 2 tumbs down. AVOID AT ALL COST GOING TO THIS RENT A CENTER. If you have to rent to own pick anywhere else but Tele-A-Rent. To the reply: It is that simple everyone. Don't let this terrible management make you think different.

These people are so sweet and amazing. They give you options. My family have been with them for years they are like family. Come here please. I got my deep freeze and washer and dryer delivered. Steven is such an amazing guy super sweet down to earth guy. Everyone at this store is amazing. I highly recommend them.

When we first moved to Missouri 23yrs ago we needed decent furniture. We rented quite a few things over a 3yr period. We even bought a riding mower from them. ☺️ Great customer service and friendly employees. It's been over 15yrs since we used rental service. Today my daughter used them and the man behind the desk remember her from when she was a toddler. He even remembered our names. I was shocked. When you rent from them they treat you like family.

Been doing business with this store for over a year. They came through for Christmas 2years ago. Great business and great managers. Love seeing the store stocked with so many options!
