My washer broke and after spending a week trying to fix it (and getting overcharged elsewhere), this company was such a relief. Rent-to-own was easy, quick, and incredibly forgiving with pricing—no stress, no pressure, just genuine help when I needed it most. My new washer has already made my life so much easier. Delivery was right on time, and the delivery person was kind and extremely considerate, he even carried my broken washer down the stairs without me having to ask... It’s the little things like this that truly make a great experience. I’m BEYOND grateful!

They staff are very respectful and are very helpful in getting things done and explain things very well when it comes down to own to rent things and they treat you like a person and are willing to help.

The staff at Tel a rent, both in Springfield and Republic are the best. Good prices, good products GREAT service. I've used these guys for over 2 decades and have never been disappointed. Ive recommended them to family and friends and neighbors. They will bend over backwards to accommodate whatever fits your needs. Give 'em a try, you won't be disappointed.

Super unprofessional business. They have no regard for your work hours. I’ve repeatedly told them hours that I cannot have my phone on me due to my jobs policies. They don’t care, they call and text repeatedly. They threatened to have a sheriff serve me because I was LATE. I work 12&16 hour shifts. The last thing I want to see when I check my phone is threats because they keep ignoring the days I told them I get paid. They add late fees even after I’ve told them when I get paid. The finance charges add like $2k also. Don’t use this business. Run.

While I say the quality of the mattress is good, the customer service is INSANELY AWFUL. I have asked them not to message me during work hours and they BLOW up my phone. I’ve never missed a payment. I’ve been late but I’ve also repeatedly explained that one pay is for all my bills and the other is to pay them and I requested to pay with that check AND THEY STILL BLOW ME UP!!! Super unprofessional business, charges late fees even though I have repeatedly explained what my pay dates are. They threaten sheriffs and ridiculous actions. Just buy a mattress out right from somewhere else. The financing charges add like $2k as well. Don’t do it!!!!!

Steven and Ryan are absolutely the best! They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy! I would highly recommend the store in Republic, Mo and these 2 guys for your next purchase! They made the process easy and stress free....I will definitely be returning here for my next purchase.

From the moment I walked in, Ryan treated me like a valued customer, not just another transaction. His level of professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care is unmatched. Ryan made sure every single one of my needs was not just met, but exceeded. He walked me through every option with clarity, gave honest recommendations based on what I truly needed (not just what he could upsell), and handled the entire process quickly and efficiently. It was stress-free, easy, and actually enjoyable (which is something I never thought I’d say about a rent-to-own experience). Incredibly grateful to this company for getting me a washer & dryer set and delivering it so quick. The pricing on this is so much better than any other RTO place hands down. 10/10 recommend this place!

Yeah I get you need to make money but come on now. I gave you guys $15,000 dollars for $2000 dollars worth of stuff. I never missed a single payment with them and got a lot of stuff because i lived paycheck to paycheck. Paid everything off. Because i was such a good customer my ex goes in using my name to get stuff. Tele-A-Rent gets the worst review ever. My ex-wife got a laptop from them and now EVERY single week they call me for HER PAYMENT. I never signed anything EVER for her laptop but they keep saying it is my account too. The call me, message me and email me EVERY Friday. I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HER LAPTOP. They even come to my home leaving notes on the door when SHE DOESN'T EVEN LIVE HERE!!!!! Worst review I have ever given. Nobody and i mean nobody should ever go to this rent a center. WORST PEOPLE EVER. Old management was good but the new 2 tumbs down. AVOID AT ALL COST GOING TO THIS RENT A CENTER. If you have to rent to own pick anywhere else but Tele-A-Rent. To the reply: It is that simple everyone. Don't let this terrible management make you think different.
