We had a custom 12x16 barn style shed built onsite with backyard access through a standard garden gate. The bid process was enjoyable with an onsite visit and quick no pressure quote. The quote was clearly laid out with the modifications noted and clear pricing. They prepared the pad; custom built on the spot and left the area very clean. Easy communication with everyone involved. The results speak for themselves...we are delighted.

Short Version……… If you want a high quality shed or similar type structure built on site or delivered….THIS IS YOUR COMPANY! Long Version……….I have been doing a substantial landscape upgrade to my yard and I wanted to upgrade my old shed. I looked around and compared various shed/structure companies. I’m kind of a middle of the road guy when it comes having projects done. I just want something that is good quality and reasonably priced. Not an easy task in this day and age. When I contacted South River Structures via a simple web search and saw what they offered I was intrigued . You can get an idea of their prices and materials through their online estimator. I received some timely and straight forward replies. I contacted Andy and he ended up coming to my house where we discussed many options. No pressure, just professional advice and answers to my many questions. I ended up giving him many configurations and he would promptly reply with updated costs. He is a very patient fellow. After changing my mind several times on the type of shed I wanted he sent me the final costs and estimated build date which was about 8 weeks out. A $1,000 deposit is required to get on the build list. Fair enough. Now for the good stuff…..He gave me about a weeks notice for the on site build date. Pretty much exactly as he had estimated. The crew showed up at around 8am and was done and cleaned up a little before noon. Most of the shed is prebuilt and they just basically reassemble it. The roof, molding, and finish work take most of the time, but with 3 guys it went so fast and they did such a good job. I watched (and photographed) them pretty much do the whole build. When finished they caulked all the areas that needed it on the outside. The wood was already primed. So nothing else to do but paint it. To summarize the shed looks great. I was very pleased with the materials, the build quality, the crew, and the owners. It’s simply a quality shed built by a quality crew which makes for a quality company. Used them to rebuild my pump house after the big winder storm, they were very quick to respond, showed up the next day after talking to give me a quote, and were on my place with the new pump house within 10 days of the quote. Looks amazing and will definitely use them again in the future. Pictures show before and after, (I removed the tree) Overall great work!
