I'd inquired with Eric about a "repo" unit he had listed. He responded that he would be in office between 10am-5pm on August 26, 2025 and would provide the answers to my inquiries then. I then get a notice at 10:35am via FB Marketplace that he's updated the item as "sold" having never heard back from him. Disappointing that is the way he chooses to operate ShedsKC in Smithville, Missouri. I have cash in hand to have purchased it too, just needed to know what the delivery fee was going to be for the extra 9 miles beyond his 50-mile free delivery zone, but wasn't ever provided that information.

Very positive experience. Good location, easy to get into and out of, very friendly people.

Job not finished from October. No communication. They have been paid in full. Eric not doing his job to ensure timely service. Eric feels its not his problem since he doesn't do the installs. When I chose this company, I called Sheds Kc, not this random installation company he uses. I purchased the product from Eric at sheds kc, NOT this other company. Basically I feel I have been ripped off, which the definition of that is: PAID FOR A PRODUCT IN FULL AND JOB NOT FINISHED. Please fix this problem as requested ASAP, It's now December. Don't be a crook.

The salesman is a very nice guy but the company that installs the steel buildings is very unprofessional. We scheduled 3 months in advance to get a garage installed. When it came time, they rescheduled the start date with us 3 times, 2 of those days we took off of work. The start time on the final date was scheduled at 6 am. You have to be there to tell them where you want it placed on your property. We waited until 9:00 am with no call no show. We called them to make sure there wasn’t any confusion on the start time, date or location. The lady told us the builder was on his way. Should be there very soon. At 9:30 we called back and a guy answered who than told us they should have given us a window start time. They never start at 6 am but the builder was on his way and if he’s not there at 10:00 to give him a call back. We waited until 10:00 still no show. We called back at 10:30 and still they insisted the builder was on his way. My husband asked her where was he at the last time she checked and she couldn’t give him an answer but would find out and call us back. By that time we realized they hadn’t even been in touch with their builder. This building is suppose to be put up in 1 day at least that’s what we were told when we placed a deposit. 11:00 came still no call no show my husband called them back again and the lady apologized said they would offer a discount for all the hassle. We asked what kind of a discount she wasn’t sure and placed us on hold for 5 minutes got back on the phone and told us that the builder just exited 35 and will be there in 10 minutes. There was no way it would be 10 minutes because our property is 45 min from the hwy. He asked if they were still able to get this done in a day with it being so late. The lady said yes they should and another lady in the background said no there’s no way they can get it done today. It won’t be finished until tomorrow. My husband told them to cancel it. They told us if we canceled that then we would lose our deposit which was hundreds of dollars. He said he didn’t care anymore if it takes this much effort for you to come put the building up think of how much effort it will be to get you out here for any repairs if it’s not put up correctly plus I can’t afford to take another day off work with hopes that you guys do your job. At 12:30 we finally got a call that the builder was there waiting. We had already left. We awaited 6 and half hours on these people and weren’t waiting anymore. Don’t waste your time or hard earn money on this place. That was a week ago and we haven’t heard a thing from them to make things right. If I don’t post an up date than nothing changed.

We have not done business with them yet but like the idea that we can view the different styles of sheds.
