April is awesome to work with, we had purchased a shed previously and needed a steel carport. The first company that was to make the shed had some issues and April immediately had the contract changed to a new company Sunset Steel Carports. They were great to work with called us each time with where we were in production. Within two weeks we had the carport installed. Sunset was amazing, the two men that installed are true professionals! They were prompt at 0700, cleaned up everything and even re-rolled up our cords. We highly recommend April with ShedsAZ and Sunset Steel!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM DELIVERY TO PICKUP — THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LOST My experience with Sheds AZ has been absolutely horrible, and I am writing this review so other customers understand what happened to me before spending their money. I purchased what was supposed to be a new building, but once it was delivered to my property and I was able to inspect it in person, I was shocked by the workmanship and condition. There were numerous issues, including poor workmanship, damaged and worn-looking wood, visible nails, problems with the porch, and other defects that I did not consider acceptable for a new building. Within minutes of seeing the building at my property, I contacted them and requested that it be picked back up. This was NOT buyer’s remorse or me simply changing my mind. I rejected the building because of the condition and workmanship of what was delivered. From that point forward, the customer service was horrible. Instead of showing concern about what had been delivered or trying to find a fair resolution, I felt like I was treated as though I was the problem. Throughout this ordeal, I spoke or communicated with April Smith, Ashton Frank, Carefree, and numerous other people involved in this transaction. Between all of these different people and companies, I felt that no one wanted to take real accountability for what happened or seriously consider how much money I was losing. I lost my deposit. I also paid approximately $2,400 to the delivery driver, and that money was not returned to me even though I rejected the building almost immediately after seeing its condition. I came back to my property today and saw that the building had finally been removed. But now there is ANOTHER problem. During the pickup, the driver damaged/destroyed approximately $600 worth of concrete blocks that I purchased with my own money. Those blocks belonged to me and were not part of the building being returned. Now, on top of everything else I have already lost, I am expected to absorb another approximately $600 loss because of damage that occurred while THEIR building was being removed from MY property. At this point, I am approaching $3,000 in losses from this entire situation. What makes this even more upsetting is the complete lack of accountability from everyone involved. The building was delivered with workmanship I found completely unacceptable, I rejected it within minutes, I lost my deposit, I lost approximately $2,400 in delivery costs, and now approximately $600 worth of my concrete blocks have been damaged during the pickup. I also later learned that Five Star (the builder) the financing company involved through Carefree outside of ShedsAZ, is no longer doing business with them. I cannot speak for Five Star or say why that business relationship ended, but learning that after everything I personally experienced certainly did not make me feel any better about this situation. I have emails, photographs, and documentation from throughout this entire ordeal. The most disappointing part is that after communicating with so many people — including April Smith, Ashton Frank, Carefree, and others — I still felt that nobody looked at the TOTAL financial loss I was taking or said, “How do we make this right?” Instead, I am the one left paying the price. I understand that businesses have contracts and policies, but there should also be accountability when a customer immediately reports serious concerns about the workmanship of a product, rejects it, and then suffers additional property damage when that product is removed. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from Sheds AZ to inspect everything carefully, understand exactly what money you could lose if there is a problem, document everything, take pictures and videos, and get everything in writing. My experience has cost me nearly $3,000 for a building I don’t even have, and now I am left dealing with damage to property I purchased separately. That is why I cannot recommend Sheds AZ based on my experience.

April and Gregg are the best. They are always so easy to work with and have the perfect explanations to any questions you may have about the sheds. They are Professional and knowledgeable. I definitely will do business with them in the future. Thank you for making so stress free!

It doesn't take very long to finish the sheds out if you wish and we loved the sturdy pre-installed shelves. Solid construction, awesome windows & doors. And the floors are ready for covering if you choose. It's fairly simple to insulate, sheetrock the walls/ceiling and finish out the inside. We love the look and move-ability of these sheds. April and Greg are a great team and very responsive. They take time to find if the sheds will fit what you need, find solutions for you, and do not use pushy sales pitches. The delivery was right on time and expertly situated into the tight spot we requested, it was a perfect fit. We are now up to three awesome sheds! *Update we have had to move our shed, twice, due to a property line dispute! Talk about having someone on your team! April went above and beyond to help us resolve this situation and get the moving of the shed arranged in time. What a HUGE selection of sheds! We were able to browse several different selections, and April helped us to find the right fit for what we needed. Knowledgeable, great customer service, great quality and lots of buying options made this a smooth and easy purchase. Bonus- the sheds are built locally. So when they say support local…they really mean it!

I absolutely love ShedsAZ! I purchased a 12x28 & a 14x20. The team was very helpful and friendly, colors look great, sturdy buildings, even the install guy was great. After settling the first couple days, they had a couple tiny things to be adjusted and they sent out a nice guy who was crazy fast fixing it right up. They even came and trimmed the joint plates because they didn’t know we were drywalling the ceiling and they hung down a tad on the angles. I do suggest that if you will be drywalling, let them know that the ceiling joint plates can’t hang below the angles. We were very pleased with the carport costs as well! Super grateful for April and her team for all the adjustments and changes to make our classroom and workshop.

It was a good experience. We got the shed we wanted, with all the options we wanted. Pricing was right in the ballpark. We planned ahead, ordered early, everything went smoothly. Delivery went well, placed on a dime. We would definitely buy from ShedsAZ again

After much research we decided to purchase from Shedsaz in Morristown, AZ. April and Gregg answered all our questions and set a date for delivery of our 18x20 carport. The workers arrived right on time!!! Since it was 112 degrees we kept them supplied with plenty of water! We took pictures every 15 minutes because they were fast and so professional! They knew their product and how to handle the work required! In only two hours they had the work completed, the area picked up and ready to go on to the next project! We stood in our shade with amazement and happiness! Thank you again and again for such quality, great price and a team commitment to finish the job completely.
