Pay-Less Furniture and Appliances

Waited 2 weeks for my sectional to be delivered just for them to message me on the DELIVERY day to inform me they do not do services where I live? Did not stay in contact with me like they shouldve. Very poor customer services. Do not recommend wasting your time here.

So helpful didn't make me sleep on the floor

I came into the store one day to see if they had what I needed & they looked to see was it available. They found a way to get what I needed & delivered my items within 2-3 days for the whole process! The delivery drivers also came in & helped set everything up! Service was easy, fast & professional !

Let me tell ya.....I'm hard to deal with!! When I walked in I was greeted with wonderful staff, Frankie went above and beyond for my needs!! I had a budget and he made it happen. 3 weeks later I went back in wanting to swap my living room furniture for something else ( I'm hard to deal with ) and once again Frankie made it happen. He was great, and I'm loving my new furniture!! No hesitation, no attitude about me swapping furniture. If your looking for great quality, friendly service, Payless furniture is the place to go!!!! They have the best staff who actually care about us when you have any issues. They do what they can to work with ya. Have never went anywhere else and probably never will…. Keep up the good work y’all!

Payless is absolutely fabulous. Always clean smells fantastic. The customer service is always very great they are always so nice and very helpful. I will recommend this place to everyone

ABSOLUTELY INNLOVEEEE with this place !! i get all my furniture from here and it is great and so comfortable, and even some their speakers have the best quality, just adore this place. not to mention!! when u walk in it smells so wonderful, all clean! and service is so good, the people are so kind hearted and sweet, would never go to a different place .

I rented to own a laptop and when I got home it wouldn't turn on and it wouldn't charge though the staff was very polite

The young man I spoke to was GREAT. You could hear his smile through the phone. He worked with me even though we are 26 Minutes from their store. I will definitely be doing business with them.

Didn't even have to go to the store. The manager was kind enough to send me photos of what I was looking for and found the perfect living room set. I would definitely recommend rent to own from Pay-less in Piggott Arkansas

I came in to look for some things and I feel as though I was being followed and watched.. I couldn't even look around without this guy being on my heels as though I was going to run out the door with a lamp. I appreciate great customer service but he made it very obvious that he felt like he needed to monitor me and for that, I politely walked out the door and went to a different furniture store. Thanks Ron for your help...😏😉

Horrible, rude, scamers! My 1st payment was due on sat...yes,I missed the payment due to my hot water heater busting, had to care for that first....monday morning at 10a.m. they were in my drive to pick up my stuff...I had the payment, they refused to take it...i went to the store only to be surrounded by 3 females that did nothing but roll their eyes and tell me they want their property...also.. I was never told they will pick your stuff up after one day AND I never received a call or text about my payment!

Cynthia was awesome 😎. She was amazing 👍 I gave her a price range and she was able to deliver top of the line items for bottom deal prices😇🤑👍 Dakota the delivery guy and the gentleman with him were excellent ⁉️👍💪 You can't go wrong with these Folks! #cynithiarocks
