Lebakkens Rent To Own rents to own in Wisconsin.

Horrible staff very rude and the place smells went to get my daughter new furniture and the lady at the desk was so rude I wouldn’t recommend shopping I’ve also heard of issues with delivery with no refund or customer service to speak to.

Don't buy or waste you time on them. I've waited for them on my weekday off for them and waited already scheduled yet haven't showed up!! I'm so mad for doing business with them. Don't bother replying.

Chris is awesome to talk to, he answered all my questions and he helped me understand how they can assist people with all sorts of different needs

Recently went in to get a laptop for work. Was able to give them most of the application info over the phone. When I went to the store, it was clean and inviting. The two ladies working were friendly and helpful.

I love the flexible renting availability! Such a lifesaver in a pinch. Shout out to Gavin & Erica for helping me out today and for the excellent customer service! Super pleased with my experience so far.

They are making me wait one week and 5 day for a bike to be made this is taking day and I’m tired of waiting they just closed and now I have to wait another day

Staff was so friendly to my wife and I. Being our first time visiting there, plz forgive me but I can't remember the young lady's name, but she was so nice and answered all and any questions we had. We're definitely planning to buy from them. Just waiting for application to come bacc. Thank u

Slightly used was a bit of understatement and it does work . But its seen better days cosmetically and i had to drive 30 miles to get the adapter that was forgotten but staff were pleasant.

Worst store and customer service. Highly dont recently

Would leave 0 stars if it was an option. Horrible customer service, they do rip you off and change your agreement terms after you have already signed it. Do not purchase anything from them!

I absolutely love Chris, he's a hard worker and does his job well. He deserves a bonus. He's a great person to call when you need to finance something...

I received three phone calls in less than 24 hours from somebody named Haley regarding somebody’s past due account. I have no account with Lebakkens, never been in their store, and don’t even know what they sell. Please stop calling me!

I have never stepped foot in this store, or did any business with them. Today I got accused of owing them money by an extremely snotty operator that obviously dialed the wrong number. No apology was given even after she realized the was in the wrong. I will continue to NEVER use this store for anything I may need in the future.

When you get a washing machine serviced make sure you have ALL the inside parts when you get it back..

Just compared washer and dryer prices for fun. The Electrolux pair they are selling you if you don't mind paying it off for 130 weeks and paying 50% more your in luck. Your better off buying a used unit folks and hoping for the best instead of spending 2900 for a 1600-1800 dollar set which comes out to almost the upfront cost

I was just cut off by one of your drivers in a company truck on the main road near Handishop Industries around 12pm. He was speeding in the left lane and instead of letting me merge, he sped up and forced me to slam on my brakes behind a semi. This was extremely unsafe and could have easily caused an accident. You may want to address how your drivers are operating company vehicles.

They explained everything and helped me find not only in-store items but also things I needed that were in other stores. Highly recommend.

Go to Get it now! They will want to call your whole family, work , late relative , the president of the United States for a simple thing. There is no reason why I spend almost an hour in here and had to cancel the application because they were still calling people. Usually when a buy now pay later store ask for reference is for when no payment is made. Biggest disappointment ever.

This location is horrible!! Hardships happen and they REFUSE to understand and work with you. They constantly harass, make threats and then blame the company itself. But the Appleton location was not like this at all. When people are already going through struggles, they don’t need to be harassed and threatened to the point of breaking down mentally. The staff at this location definitely lack any type of empathy. Please be aware!!

Alisha reviewed and completed my application. Michael assistant Alisha with my application. I loved the customer service I received. Michael did a excellent job describing and explaining the items, application and warranties. Carson delivered and hooked up the washer and dryer and explain the basics to me. Carson was polite and did a awesome job. I give these three employees a A+. Lamont Burks
