I have never stepped foot in this store, or did any business with them. Today I got accused of owing them money by an extremely snotty operator that obviously dialed the wrong number. No apology was given even after she realized the was in the wrong. I will continue to NEVER use this store for anything I may need in the future.
Kristiane is super fantastic and a wonderful personality. She made me feel like family. She is super helpful!!!!! Josephine was also super wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about everything!!!!! I will most definitely be coming back here for any other needs/wants!!!!!! Highly highly recommend coming to this store!!!
From the sales staff to the delivery gentleman everyone was so kind, patient,and friendly. I needed to rent a recliner as my parents were coming to visit and i was a chair short! I don’t have room for another recliner full time so i was desperate to find one somewhere to rent. Lebakkens to the rescue! I live in Marshfield and was able to do everything over the phone with the fantastic Chris. It just delivered today and he picked out the prefect recliner for my dads visit. The delivery gentleman texted me when they were close as requested and were very fast and friendly when they arrived. I couldn’t be more pleased. What a life saver! Can’t recommend highly enough!
This place, let me tell you. If I could give more stars I would. They are absolutely the sweetest people to work with! They work with you and make sure you are getting exactly what you need! Katherine and Chris are a dynamic duo! Such a great time! I will continue doing business at the Stevens Point location!
Excellent service here! They have gonna above and beyond helping us out. I've had the moving crew in my house twice and they are very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this store to anyone. Thank you guys
