Recently purchased a 14x28 Barn style garage building from Empire Shed sales in Cobleskill, N.Y. After shopping other shed builders within a 2 hour radius of my location. Choosing Empire Shed was best decision ever. I couldn't be more pleased with the build and customer service. Built quality is excellent. Stephen was great to deal with. He addressed all of my concerns, and followed up quickly on my calls and text. No pressure and smooth transaction. Dispatch and delivery also went very well. Delivery driver was careful and did a great job in placing building were needed. Overall had a better than expected experience from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team including the guys/gals in the shop.

Justin was a very knowledgeable salesman, focused on great customer service and making sure all our questions were answered. Justin set up the site prep. with Bobbie and the delivery with Tim. We had an excellent experience working with Dallas Weaver at Empire Sheds in Himrod, NY. After visiting six different locations—including several closer to home—we found that pricing was fairly consistent across the board. What truly set Empire Sheds apart was the outstanding customer service Dallas provided. At some of the other locations, assistance was minimal; at one stop, we were simply told to ask if we needed anything. In contrast, Dallas was attentive, knowledgeable, and fully engaged throughout our visit, despite the cold weather. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and ensured we felt confident in our decision. Dallas is clearly a valuable asset to Empire Sheds. We sincerely appreciate his professionalism and his willingness to go above and beyond.

Great price, and a really sturdy build. I could not possibly be happier with it. I’ve got my 10x20’ barn style from them in a forested area, and I’ve had no problems with rodents or anything like that getting in. In addition, the delivery service was 10 X above and beyond. There was some difficulty with the icy backwards roads, and they made every effort to get it done, even coming back later to finish the job free of charge. I dealt with Dalen for delivery and Steve/Ken as well.

Hands down to my salesman Justin and the crew! He listened to what I wanted, verified with me through the process while it was being made and was never pushy. Communication was great! The day the crew showed up, they assembled my garage in less than 10 hours. They were very professional, hard working and well mannered. I looked at the products offered by several dealers in the area, and after more than a few years, I finally decided to have my sheds and garage built by Empire Sheds. The price was less than those of competitors for a much better product. From start to finish, Steve and his team have always been easy to deal with, and last-minute changes were no problem. I supplied my own designs, and Empire Shed brought them to life. After-the-sale questions and issues are dealt with promptly, an area in which Empire Shed excels. I am 45 miles from Empire Sheds, but choosing to buy from them was definitely worth the drive.

We had the best experience working w Dallas and Justin at Empire. They were very knowledgeable about the products they offered and made sure they found the right answer when I had questions about customizing it. Delivery was quick and seamless and we have already recommended them to friends.

Over the summer of 2023 I purchased a darling A-frame reverse dormer shed from Empire sheds. The lead time was about 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery was so easy and they were able to place the building in a pretty tight, off grid location in my backyard. I am using it as a seasonal Airbnb. I have gotten great reviews. The photographs are adorable. The construction seems to be excellent, and there have been no issues with the building whatsoever. I highly recommend working with them.
