The staff was very cooperative after a slight mistake (and who doesn't make mistakes?) They came out immediately and reconciled the problem and had very nice attitudes...no one was rude or in a bad mood They impressed me very much I will use them again

I can’t say enough good things about Hayley Marchant & Francisca at Circuit World in Ellijay, GA! They truly went above and beyond to help me find great furniture deals and always works with me on payment arrangements if I need a few extra days. That kind of customer service is hard to find. I actually enjoy going in to browse because there’s never any pressure. Hayley is always professional, helpful, and we usually end up having a good laugh while I’m there. She makes the whole experience easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Hayley and the entire team at Circuit World. You won’t go wrong shopping there!

I've started coming into this location in Ellijay about a year and a half ago Hayley has always Wait above and beyond for me I'm on my fifth piece of furniture from them and I still come all the way to them from Blairsville even though I know I could get what I need at another location. Hayley has made ordering stuff easy as well as delivery process and payment process. It's always a very welcoming feeling walking into the Ellijay Location as well as it's very clean and organized

I had to get some new appliances for my new house and the Manager, I think her name was Haley was super helpful The delivery guys was wonderful and very careful with all my new stuff The new fridge and stove works excellent The Living room suit is super comfy and the new bedroom suits I got I really nice I highly recommend come in here and the price is very good a lot better than farmers furniture

Have spent over 50k with circuit world over the past 7 years. Never missed a payment, ever! The manager usually took care of my account personally for whatever reason. Never asked for it, just the way it always happened. He ended up leaving the job so they put another guy onto my account. 98% of this was at the blairsville store. The guy who was taking care of my account transferred to the franklin store and asked me if it was OK to transfer the account there with him and I said yes. A few days later I called him and ordered a washing machine for my father-in-law and he brought it the next day. It was completely paid off in about 9 days. I then asked for something that they had to specially order for me and told him if they couldn't do it that it was fine. He told me he would check. I called a few days later to check the status. He told me that they are getting it ordered. A couple of weeks went by and didnt hear anything from them. I just gave up on it since it was something they didnt actually carry. A few days later my washing machine broke and I called him up and he said he was going to deliver me a washing machine the following day. Never happened! Called him back and asked about it and he said sorry we will deliver this Saturday. This was a month and a half ago! I have never caused any trouble for any of these people. Have never said a harsh word to any of them. I tip them when they deliver anything to me. I dont understand what I did to get this kind of treatment from them. I feel like they just deserted me or my money isn't good enough for them. Would love to talk to the owner, but have no idea how to get ahold of them.

They are cool. Cale never there lol. But they are on point. I work a lot and trying to take care of my elderly folks, sometimes I have to do business over the phone and have my neighbor pick things up. Never any issues. Great people Brandon Hooper is a great representing that business with proffesionalism and common sense
