The staff was very cooperative after a slight mistake (and who doesn't make mistakes?) They came out immediately and reconciled the problem and had very nice attitudes...no one was rude or in a bad mood They impressed me very much I will use them again
OMG! Why just a 4.0? If I could give this place a 10 I would. This place is awesome! Absolutely amazing!!!! They went above and beyond for my mother when Lowe's failed her in so many ways! I don't know who I talked to when I called but I do know they were amazing and they went the extra mile for her. Thank you!!!!!!! She would write this herself but she doesn't have a computer and the smart phone defeated and she has a dumb phone again.
These guys are the best. They work with you in any situation you may be in. Not many companies will do that.
Very good place
Have spent over 50k with circuit world over the past 7 years. Never missed a payment, ever! The manager usually took care of my account personally for whatever reason. Never asked for it, just the way it always happened. He ended up leaving the job so they put another guy onto my account. 98% of this was at the blairsville store. The guy who was taking care of my account transferred to the franklin store and asked me if it was OK to transfer the account there with him and I said yes. A few days later I called him and ordered a washing machine for my father-in-law and he brought it the next day. It was completely paid off in about 9 days. I then asked for something that they had to specially order for me and told him if they couldn't do it that it was fine. He told me he would check. I called a few days later to check the status. He told me that they are getting it ordered. A couple of weeks went by and didnt hear anything from them. I just gave up on it since it was something they didnt actually carry. A few days later my washing machine broke and I called him up and he said he was going to deliver me a washing machine the following day. Never happened! Called him back and asked about it and he said sorry we will deliver this Saturday. This was a month and a half ago! I have never caused any trouble for any of these people. Have never said a harsh word to any of them. I tip them when they deliver anything to me. I dont understand what I did to get this kind of treatment from them. I feel like they just deserted me or my money isn't good enough for them. Would love to talk to the owner, but have no idea how to get ahold of them.
Customer service sucks and Speed Queen is just as bad! Never will buy from them again. Many broken promises and no updates on service calls
