Bolin Rental Purchase

This place is awful dont get anything from them ever.. I was told my washer was new it started having trouble so I called raised 10 kinds of hell and they sent out another one it also not new so called again he sent out another one nope same thing.. so I called o was pissed by this point..only option they had was sent me out my new washer or refund my money...this time he in fact send me out a new one... I will never get anything from them... if your thinking bout getting from them please dont.. not worth it...

Excellent service, Store manager Tim could not have been nicer and more helpful. I went to a couple different RTO stores in town and this one was the cleanest and nicest by a long shot. Would give 10 stars if I could..

don't recommend! they have people working for them who have burglary charges, going into peoples homes! their staff constantly harass you, they aren't understanding at all. all they care about is money. not giving good business! had two of their employees file charges on my boyfriend because we wouldn't pay them due to having our son prematurely and we were in the hospital. they demanded pickup the same day, so yeah my boyfriend got upset with them finally

They are a blessing to work with. From the time we entered in the store, to the time they delivered our furniture, they were all extremely helpful. We will be going back again to purchase what we need.

Currently have rented from them for quite a few months. Called them about a product seen in store on my birthday but they couldn't sell that product when it was the one i actually wanted. Otherwise i have no issues with them. Great Service! Great People!

Have rented with them off and on for years, and they have always delivered great service. I have never had any major issues with any of the products I got through Bolin either. Highly recommend.

I've been with bolin for over 10 years. Furniture and appliances have always been great quality!!! The employees are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I feel really comfortable with the guys that come out to my house and deliver my merchandise, they are always cautious and very thorough! I've never had a bad experience that's why I always go back!!

I just realized my review from February 2024 was wrong! That review was for the German restaurant in Opry Mills. I'm not sure how that happened! I've been dealing with Bolin Rental Purchase for a long time now. I finally paid off my refrigerator a few days ago. I still have furniture from them. The people at Bolin's are always very nice and very helpful. I have been late with payments a couple of times. They're always willing to work with me. I had a bad experience with Rent-A-Center many years ago. After that experience, I refused to go to a rent to own place ever again. Then, I had a need for a larger refrigerator than what we had. My friends kept telling me to go to Bolin's. They kept telling me that it wasn't like RAC. I went in there and talked to them and was impressed by how their program worked. I appreciate their honesty and their courtesy. If you need something, and you can't buy it outright, Bolin's is the place to go!
