Bolin Rental Purchase

I have been a customer with Bolin for two years. Have not had anything but positive to say about these people! They have all gone above and beyond for us. Today was no different...went in to ask a few questions about our account due to looking for another item. We was offered an amazing deal that we couldn't refuse. They were very professional, helpful, and friendly! Needless to say, we're getting what we were looking for! Thank you to the friendly staff at the store! Your team is amazing!

I have always had a great experience with bolins . Very respectable to me . The appliance I got from them was great . If anything went wrong with it , they came right out and got it and fix it or replace it for me . Over All great place , the store manager is very respectable, all the guys very nice . When they deliver to my home they are very pleasant toward my family . I don’t have no complaints at all.

They are amazing people they help out my family they do a great deals and they're good work with to have a lot inventory to go through. Clara and Joshua great people in the whole company is too. They have so many great deals hook you up with monthly or every two weeks or whatever you need to get they give you 6 months to pay off and it's pretty awesome. If you don't get it paid before 6 months the interest go up. They have so many great deals TVs couches beds furniture or whatever you stands great deals and cell phones and computers or what type of desktop you want gaming or whatever you name it they have all of it and they have electric scooters and lot more electronics and lawn mowers stuff like that too. They are amazing and so nice of them and they are so patient they will hook you up but good deals. I am so happy with my stuff I have. And I have great purses of things guys y'all be proud of this company a way better and utter companies out there. They are the best bolin rental.

Wish I could give these two workers a zero. Be aware of Tim and Nate they will lie on you and try to cover them and blow your phone up the same day you have to pay your bill 8AM sharp and they don’t open until 10am for that payment go elsewhere because they do not work with you. Here’s our story. Let me start by saying the operations manager had stepped in once he heard what was going on. In August of 2025 me and my husband got a washer machine and dryer stacked in our home, the workers then tore our floors up a few days later once me and my husband were settled in we contacted the store to let them know. They asked for pictures we sent them. They said they will work with us and take money off our next bill because we also got a living room set. They never did. We continued to keep paying them because my husband is not the type to address anything he’s quiet and just moves on in life because as a soldier that’s his duty. In December the dryer stopped working due to the motor it took almost 2-3 weeks for them to give us a replacement. In February we returned the living room set cause we decided to find a smaller home and buy our set outright it took them a week to come and grab it. Each day they kept saying they were coming and on the way and never came. Until we went to the store and that’s when the operations manager was there he personally gave me his number because the workers were slacking on their job. We’ve been nothing but patient with them. We mentioned to the manager and showed him proof what was going on with our floor. He told us to get an estimate on how much it’ll cost to get fixed and if it’s too much he would just waive a payment. I reached out and let him know we agreed to just do the payment arrangement. My husband did not tell anyone when he would come in to pay he’d just pay. As of today we are 2 weeks late on a payment we just had a baby and moved and asked could we pay a late payment plus the current payment the next time we come in. Mind you we are loyal never been late and never blew them up over our floors. They then tried to lie and said my husband did it and they weren’t going to fix anything and to show proof. We’ve already shown proof multiple times and now it’s getting flipped on us because we’re late on a payment prior, they understood and apologized but now they are saying they didn’t do it. I’m so disappointed & disgusted by their actions towards us. Tim and Nate both are calling 5-10x a day leaving voicemails and threatening text to get our account closed or to send us to the operations manager if we don’t pay right now makes you not want to do business with them because they harass and will call you every 30 mins until they close for you to pay. They don’t give grace. And they don’t want to work with you even though they know your a loyal customer. It sucks that they are doing this to us. Just be mindful before shopping here.

The one in Hopkinsville is under new management. They are great people and they’re all about making their customers happy because they sure made me happy.

We just moved and have been shopping around for a couch/loveseat. All I can say is try Bolin!!!! Our associate, Miss Claire was propbably one of the best sales associates I have ever has rhevpkeasure ri neet. Extremely attentive, handing several customers all at onve and all of then recieved excellent service. I started off waiting tables in school. I have has always maintained a server/bartender as a second job. I am here to tell you that she handles herselve very well!!! 10 of 5 scale to 1:5. Thanks so much!!
