The gentleman that took care of the order my fiance' placed was absolutely wonderful! He really did go the extra mile to be sure my fiance's needs and wants were met. We appreciate all the help we got!

I live in Michigan and couldn’t get ahold of the folks at the Ottawa lake store. So I reached out to another location and got ahold of Josh Johnson. I sure am glad I did. In my life time, across any state or company, I have not received customer service with the quality Josh presented. Josh answered every question I had, understood what I wanted and helped me to understand what I didn’t know I wanted. Josh acted more like a friend you could have a beer with instead of a guy on a phone trying to sell you something all while still being a skilled professional. He gave me multiple quotes with different options I had asked for so I could see what I liked and he was also able to help me get a custom color trim to match the house. If you want a shed I highly recommend getting in touch with Josh Johnson. Or if you are not sure what quality customer service is and want to find out, again call Josh! This review is only based on customer service and not the build, which will be next month. Although, considering how well Josh did, I have high hopes that the on-site build will go just as well.

The shed we came to purchase had been sold but we had one built to the specs we wanted. The whole process was easy and painless. Nathan was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Leah at Amish Shed Direct really did a fantastic job. She was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. I was impressed by how diligently she followed up on everything. It was clear she was checking and double-checking all the details. Her attention to detail made a real difference. I'm genuinely impressed with her dedication. It's refreshing to see such commitment. Great experience and I highly recommend! Grace was very patient with me as we navigated through the permitting process with our local township. There were restrictions that we were unaware of, and she was quick to change designs to accommodate this. We are very happy with our new shed!

I have been working off and on with Jacob for 1.5 years. We FINALLY found me the perfect-for-the-time building. He has been a valuable asset to my purchase and if not for him, I would not have taken the leap. I cannot wait to see it (the building) in person. Remember Jacob, fear and excitement are the same thing. It is all in how we perceive it.

We stopped by the Amish Sheds off Hwy 23 in Lambertville MI which had an extensive shed assembly for us to choose from all of which were on sale. We felt no pressure from Will ( the Amish Sheds representative) to buy a shed, only help in understanding the construction materials used to build the sheds, the sizes and customization available, and explaining the sale they currently offered. I felt assured in his confidence of the whole process of purchasing a shed and understanding the delivery . Not the typical salesman that pushes to get a sale. He was engaging, friendly, patient, and an overall nice guy that walked us through the process with minimal effort and and time. Thanks Will for a great experience!

My experience with Sheds Direct was great! They made the whole process so easy! Chris was great to work with! He communicated throughout the whole process, and we talked about my different options for my purchase. When we had decided, he made it very easy to complete the paperwork, and tin just a few moments, my shed was ordered. While I haven't received my shed yet since it will take about 6 weeks to have it delivered, at this point, I would highly recommend Sheds Direct!

Don’t have my building yet ,but the sales and Designers have been great. Alex and Wayne Have been very professional ,courteous and knowledgeable . My son has had 2 of your buildings and has been very satisfied . I did a lot of research and shopping . Your buildings are the highest quality and best value I could find. The small additional cost over other suppliers is more than offset by the quality and standard features. Bret

This place is AMAZING!!!!! I first left a 3 star review due to phones not answered, MY BAD 😭😭 I was impatient. Meri was on vaycay. Once she was back, she reached out to me and was able to help me get what I needed for my grandkids party! Even expedite shipping from another location so I didn't have to wait a month to get what we needed. Naomi was fantastic as well! I loved that she reached out personally when there was an issue and gave me her direct line for future/ongoing inquiries. Such lovely people! The party is on the 21st and that was the earliest estimated delivery day, so I'm hoping it comes that day! If not I'll have to have another party! lol 😅 fantastic company, fantastic people, fantastic quality. Hands down!!!!

Highly recommend! I worked with Nathan and it was a wonderful experience. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I also had the opportunity to visit one of the manufacturer's at his recommendation and that was a game changer for me. The quality of the buildings was far above any others I had looked at.

Very good design and ordering help and support. I have not yet taken delivery so can only speak to these two, although very important, aspects of the purchase. Worked with Tiana and she was very professional, kind, patient, and helpful. Highly recommend.

I had a guy named Josh help me and he was fantastic. He helped me understand everything and broke it all down and helped me with a discount that I didn't know about. Really professional about everything and sounded like he really cared about helping with what I wanted. I will personally refer people to him.

Matt was excellent to work with. He answered all my questions and took care of a couple concerns I had with the design. Financing process was easy and affordable. Can't wait to get my new shed!
