Living on a steep hill has its disadvantages not alot of places to put a shed, ended up having them build on site . It wasn't a easy task getting the big flatbed with lumber to the desired spot. Already had a cement pad so in less than a day it was built 14x24 Let me warn you those guys showed up at 5:45am ready to go. That crew did a fantastic job!!!!! They will customize the building anyway you want.

Our original purchase was in May 2024. Had a wonderful experience and everything went smoothly. During a bad storm a tree fell on our shed recently and it was a complete loss. At this point we had our shed for almost 2 1/2 years. I believe if it were not for how well built the shed was, our house would have taken more damage. Immediately spoke to Will who originally sold us the shed in 2024. He was very helpful with getting everything we needed for our insurance claim and more. Will did also help me find a company to help dispose of the shed. Went back today to finally repurchase our shed now that the old damaged one and Will was there for helping us with that. Could not be happier with this company!!! Would recommend to everyone

Will was professional and answered all my questions. He didn’t attempt to persuade me to add unnecessary items but advised me as to what features might be beneficial. The shed is fairly priced. I recommend Will’s services to anyone interested in purchasing a shed

Matt church was really helpful in getting my fiance and I better shed than what we were hoping for and his customer service skills are extraordinarily amazing. Seriously, whenever we get the shed, I may even post about it. It is so beautiful and so perfect. Couldn't ask for better quality service.

After repeated designs changes and quotes we totally redid my final design. Not once did I get anything but positive enforcement to get exactly what was going to work for me. These sheds are built to last we had a tree slice ours right in half and it still was standing. That’s how well they’re built. We actually purchased a second one to replace it.

I live in Michigan and couldn’t get ahold of the folks at the Ottawa lake store. So I reached out to another location and got ahold of Josh Johnson. I sure am glad I did. In my life time, across any state or company, I have not received customer service with the quality Josh presented. Josh answered every question I had, understood what I wanted and helped me to understand what I didn’t know I wanted. Josh acted more like a friend you could have a beer with instead of a guy on a phone trying to sell you something all while still being a skilled professional. He gave me multiple quotes with different options I had asked for so I could see what I liked and he was also able to help me get a custom color trim to match the house. If you want a shed I highly recommend getting in touch with Josh Johnson. Or if you are not sure what quality customer service is and want to find out, again call Josh! This review is only based on customer service and not the build, which will be next month. Although, considering how well Josh did, I have high hopes that the on-site build will go just as well.

I'd give him 10 stars if I could. He needs recognition for his customer service skills. I think I am the slowest most disorganized person he ever worked with and he never lost patience never changed in anyway just told me to take my time every time I apologized. He needs to train salesmen and women around the world how to deal with the public. He's really got it down. So excited can't wait. There both amazingly beautiful. I will send pics of my office when everything gets setup and settled
