Customer reviews
I worked with Brandon every step of the way! He was very knowledgeable, helpful & made the process very easy! I love the design of our shed & was able to add special touches to make it unique! I would highly recommend Amish Sheds Direct to anyone who is looking for a well built structure & extra storage space!
Matt church was really helpful in getting my fiance and I better shed than what we were hoping for and his customer service skills are extraordinarily amazing. Seriously, whenever we get the shed, I may even post about it. It is so beautiful and so perfect. Couldn't ask for better quality service.
The gentleman that took care of the order my fiance' placed was absolutely wonderful! He really did go the extra mile to be sure my fiance's needs and wants were met. We appreciate all the help we got!
Brandon is an awesome guy. Helped me out with everything I needed and didn't need. He's one of those type of guys that you end up just chatting with about everything else. Almost to the point you forget why your on the phone. Overall just good people. And we all know how great Amish made items are. Hope everyone's experience is a good as mine. No reason it shouldn't be
I'd give him 10 stars if I could. He needs recognition for his customer service skills. I think I am the slowest most disorganized person he ever worked with and he never lost patience never changed in anyway just told me to take my time every time I apologized. He needs to train salesmen and women around the world how to deal with the public. He's really got it down. So excited can't wait. There both amazingly beautiful. I will send pics of my office when everything gets setup and settled
They were easy to work with. They worked within our schedule and were able to book us within a week. The ground was wet so they paid close attention to the removal of the shed so as not to damage our ground. And she was a BIG one at 12 x 28! We are very happy with the care and service we received. Strongly recommend this company for your shed delivery or removal needs!
