I live in Michigan and couldn’t get ahold of the folks at the Ottawa lake store. So I reached out to another location and got ahold of Josh Johnson. I sure am glad I did. In my life time, across any state or company, I have not received customer service with the quality Josh presented. Josh answered every question I had, understood what I wanted and helped me to understand what I didn’t know I wanted. Josh acted more like a friend you could have a beer with instead of a guy on a phone trying to sell you something all while still being a skilled professional. He gave me multiple quotes with different options I had asked for so I could see what I liked and he was also able to help me get a custom color trim to match the house. If you want a shed I highly recommend getting in touch with Josh Johnson. Or if you are not sure what quality customer service is and want to find out, again call Josh! This review is only based on customer service and not the build, which will be next month. Although, considering how well Josh did, I have high hopes that the on-site build will go just as well.
I have been working off and on with Jacob for 1.5 years. We FINALLY found me the perfect-for-the-time building. He has been a valuable asset to my purchase and if not for him, I would not have taken the leap. I cannot wait to see it (the building) in person. Remember Jacob, fear and excitement are the same thing. It is all in how we perceive it.
My experience with Sheds Direct was great! They made the whole process so easy! Chris was great to work with! He communicated throughout the whole process, and we talked about my different options for my purchase. When we had decided, he made it very easy to complete the paperwork, and tin just a few moments, my shed was ordered. While I haven't received my shed yet since it will take about 6 weeks to have it delivered, at this point, I would highly recommend Sheds Direct!

Working with Joe and his team was the best experience. We were at a loss on which route to go on our greenhouse project and reached out to Joe. He stayed in contact with me during the entire process. I was able to see a rendering of my greenhouse before I approved it. Delivery was a breeze as well. Matt, our delivery driver was so kind and knew exactly what he was doing. The greenhouse arrived and was EXACTLY what I wanted. I highly recommend calling Amish Sheds Direct for any small building project.
