One week into my lease and the issues are piling up! First of all the day the fridge was delivered it was literally dropped off at my front door and left there for me to deal with. The men said they cant bring it inside or set it up. I dont have a dolly on hand to move a fridge. I had to ask a friend to help me move the old fridge and bring the new one inside and hook it up. About 2 hours later i get a call saying they gave me the wrong one and it needs to be picked up. I wasnt home and it couldnt be picked up. She offered a time the next day which wouldnt work because i would be out of town. Then she said i can keep it but it would be mote money. Then she said i could keep it for the same price. Then i look at my charges on my debit card and it was $75 more than what i was quoted. I tried calling the Visalia location for 3 hours and it rang for about a minute then the call dropped. So i called corporate office snd miraculously someone answered. After i told her why i was calling she said she couldnt help me because she isnt the one i set up my purchase with??? Needless to say this is a huge disappointment. The poorest customer service at every level. I have never had regret after buying something as much as i do now. Seems like the sales team just work for the sale then forget about customer service/satisfaction. Do better Visalia location!!

Horrible customer service! Never can get a straight answer. Been waiting a month and a half for my bed. Was supposed to be delivered today so we got rid of our current bed. They didn’t show up with our bed! They have it on hold. Said it was corporate. Corporate is saying it should have been delivered. Now I bed less and not getting any straight answers. Update! Rude customer service. They made double payments without clarifying it. Tried to call and corrected it and the lady was being very disrespectful. Told me I’d have to call back Monday. They have no problem taking my money but have a problem giving it back.
My daughter ordered a bedroom set from Aaron's and the delivery drivers set up her bedroom set for her, they were very polite and respectful. They helped with all our questions and worked very quickly. There names were Horacio, and Kevin...some very hard workers.
I would never even walk in this store again. I paid for a chair that never came on the truck like 3 different times, they had no problem taking the $150.00 from my card though. I called for a refund and I’m still waiting for the money to be returned to my card and it’s been almost a month. The only person that was helpful was Shawna,the other ladies were mad that I was asking questions, and like 4 roaches were crawling on the front desk where the employees were eating. I will never refer anyone to that business.
