Ryan has a bad attitude customer service skills are very poor. They don’t know how to talk to people. I usually don’t do reviews but the way him & Alex both tried to talk to me I had to get on here & voice my opinion about the both of them

Rent a center sucks they are nothing but a scam told me I only need 35$ took that in two seconds then I get a text message saying I still need to pay 112$ more so I ask for refund they say 5 business days it's been 7 and still no refund. I call it goes to voicemail what kind of scam is this. Never again

Alex and mark were very rude during the whole process of returning there sofa they would talk over me and tell me the date I wanted them to pick up their sofa was unavailable. They hung the phone up on me while I was talking and proceeded to schedule a delivery date for that exact Wednesday they were trying to argue about not having it available. I know some people are miserable at their job but why put the misery out to other people?? I just don’t get it I will also filing a complaint and leaving this review on google for all to see. Never will I do business with RAC again.
