I ordered a sofa sleeper more than three weeks ago and was promised to be delivered today. Well that didn't happen and the store wasn't willing to do anything for this inconvenience. I had to keep calling to get the status on the sofa sleeper. This is terrible, I would give no starts at all!!! I was an Aarons customer years ago when I lived in Upland and the store in Ontario never did this to me....
Ms. Ramona provided an advantageous price on the table and chairs. Her service was exemplary and professional, exceeding expectations. I do recommend this location
Cassandra and Romona were such a great help! Cassandra was very patient with me and Ramona was very accommodating. If you are looking for great furniture at an affordable price this is the place to go!
This store specific location is very ni professional to me. They don’t greet when you walk in the store. Also they treat you as if your trying to scam them. I’m sure they get a lot of that.However everyone is different name you should treat people with respect.!I had a situation I would not say it. But the manger is very unprofessional and so is one of the older associates. They are rude and lazy . & They think that’s the store is really is really theirs and it’s not .‘location need to be closed down. Obviously they make anyone manger these days .?
I recently left a review for my experience and am happy to say my problem was resolved. Jessica the store manager was extremely helpful and all the ladies at the Alessandro store for that matter. My Family and I are now happy with are renting and will definitely be back if we need any more service. Thank you.
Experience here has been pretty decent. I have leased out a few items and understandably because of my bad credit couldn't go anywhere else. Management needs to remain the same, in the one year I've seen at least four store managers. Customer service is OK. They have been really helpful when I got a little backed up on my account so I can't say anything negative from that end. Be prepared the application does ask for some info and a lot of it has to do with the type of company it is. Since it can't come after you creditwise.
