OMG.!!! This Rent-A-Cener is the BEST.!!!! The Customer Service was ABSOLUTELY the GREAT.!!! I was assisted by Sebastian, and he was very patient with me and Super Professional and very kind & funny... Especially, since I was kinda stressed in regards to my dilemma... I love Great Customer Service, and I appreciate Rent-A-Center having Sebastian as one of their Sales Reps. I am definitely a satisfied customer... I didn’t even wanna leave one star the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. The communication is horrible. They lie about deliveries the furniture the first try to give me was disgusting and dirty. They promised me that I have a delivery by certain date now they say they can’t because the guy Sebastian that Play small order didn’t even do the correct process so the whole time I’m thinking about to get my furniture. He didn’t do his work right so now I have to wait even longer to get it so I told him I just rather not do any business with me personally, I wouldn’t go back to the store manager he didn’t fix the situation either so I wouldn’t deal with this store.

Then the entire week multiple employees kept harassing me calling me 24/7 evern though they agreed with my payment arrangement! Then! Then day before my payment was due, they sent a man to my door, banging on my door like he’s the police , loud as hell, demanding my item, telling the whole neighborhood my business! Called his manager DANIEL on speaker!!!!!!Putting my business on blast! Even though I had a payment arrangement! This company is stressful to deal with! No type of customer privacy or respect! As soon as I spoke with Daniel he confirmed my payment arrangement was set! Yet he still sent someone to my home! Bad business! Never dealing with this company again

Acima now owns them I guess. It not like it used to be. I used to rent a tv for a month and give it back ALL the time back in the day. Guess we can’t do that anymore. Staff was cool but it’s just not the experience it used to be.

From the application process to delivery of the merchandise was a pleasurable experience. The in-store staff and delivery drivers were very professional, kind, and courteous. I will definitely make future purchases and recommend the business to friends and family.
