What customers are saying

Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Indio.

I inquired online about leasing a new Xbox. Not very long after I received a text from sales manager Maria. She helped me lower my down payment to receive my new Xbox. Did all of our agreements over text message, which was very convenient for me since I was at work. Was able to pick it up the next day. Thank you!

I wanted to put my experience down with this particular location. I am honestly surprised with the other reviews that I am reading that are negative. My family signed a contract to pay on a certain day, which is obviously customary. However, unfortunately for us we were not able to fulfill our payment on time. Marlon went over and beyond to work with us to make sure we were able to keep a refrigerator in our home for our kids. He was professional and kind. We are all extremely grateful. Thank you again!

The men are very professional and respectful. We get greeted at the door when we enter. You get the best deal for your money worth. And give friendly reminder about your payment coming up or if it’s late. Also the store is clean and you can see the floor furniture in real time so u can know if it’s your style. The delivery is quick clean and friendly. With a phone call before they get to your home and I really like that. I mean What more would you want!?💯💯💯💯🙌🙌🙌👏👏

This store and Andy have helped me more in a few months than El Centro store has at all. I have been a non stop customer since 2016 starting in Brawley. This indio store treats me like a valued customer. Kindness, respect and oh so helpful.
