If you’re looking for honest, upfront, no-BS service, go see Steve at Yes Store. This business has been around a long time, and my father was actually Steve’s third customer at his very first location. That history and experience definitely show. Steve and his staff — Giselle, Josh, and Carlos — are all amazing people who genuinely care about helping customers. If you’re ever in a jam and need straight answers and great service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
Yes Store is great and so is the Owner,Steve and his staff. I have purchased from them for many many years. Each and every time they are right on my requests I get text messages within minutes and they return phone calls when they say they are going to every single time. Thanks so much Steve and crew. The people at this store are absolutely amazing. The service was so helpful, not just picking out my couches and finding the right fit for me. But getting delivery so soon? It was a week before the expected time. I was so happy. It was right before Christmas. And then the delivery drivers Ricardo and Anthony were so nice and so helpful. And then geselle at the store... I have not met her in person but I've spent a lot of time back-and-forth and text.Ing on the phone and there was one flaw with the sofa bed after four times using it , I noticed , and they took care of it immediately having repaired service coming tomorrow. Thank you, guys.I really appreciate you and Happy to do business with you.
Everyone here was extremely helpful!! I was in a dilemma with needing a couch and having it be delivered the same day. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and make it happen! Giselle was on top of it all! Thank you so much! Update- I ended up getting another couch from them and they were so amazing through it all!! Giselle is awesome and the moving guys were so quick and wonderful!! Everyone that is employed at Yes! Easy To Own are so sweet and such great people! Very happy with the customer service 🥰
I order a bed frame, mattress, couch and an ottoman and it was the smoothest, easiest and fastest delivery! I had previously ordered a couch from MOR and the delivery team was unable to get it delivered. I ordered the same size couch with YES and the delivery team was able to get it inside my home with no problems. HIGHLY recommend!
